gemini asc - > mercury
mercury in cap - > saturn
saturn in pisces -> neptune
neptune in cap -> saturn

so i can see the mutual reception there but -
is my final dispositor neptune or saturn?

neptune, as crazy as it sounds, makes more sense than saturn cause i don't really relate to being ruled by saturn even with a cap stellium

also - what about pluto, venus, jupiter, mars?

i've been reading about it online and im' finding it hard to wrap my head around this?

and then when i pulled up the pullen dispositor graph
it says -
sign dispositor hierarchy
house dispositor hierarchy
sign dispositor wheel
house dispositor wheel

So look for a planet in its dignity in your chart, like Venus in Taurus or Libra. If you don't have one of those -- and only one -- then there cannot be a final dispositor.

Final Dispositor means in the chain of rulerships it all leads back to the same planet in dignity. You don't have that in what you describe here.
