The people you attract into your life will reveal your Sun and Ascendant sign.
Hmm, interesting. With the first guy I have had done anything with, his progressed Moon was in Scorpio at 3 degrees, close to my Mars-Asc in Scorpio (he has natal Mars-Pluto in Scorpio). Though it wasn't the other way around (he is a Taurus Asc, Cap Sun, Leo Moon). IP: Logged |

With the relationship of my last girlfriend based upon the date we met, I recorded her progressed moon position as my ASC.Separately, with my mother's progressed ASC when I was born (using noon for her ASC), I recorded the ASC position as my ASC. Both are the same. Can anyone else have this work? If so, this is copyrighted. LOL IP: Logged |

Yeah, you only need one Asc-Sun/Moon connection to make things happen. IP: Logged |

Yes, if correct. I'm trying to check it. I have several I can refer to but I am not exactly sure of the meet dates. How fast does the Moon progress per year? IP: Logged |

@Hikaru29 Yes! You're on the right track. I'm assuming you're a Virgo Ascendant...? Have you had your chart rectified? @Nine You assume marriage as the be-all/end-all destination for all relationships to find the Ascendant, but how would you find the individual Ascendant's of couples who just met and hooked-up, or became best of friends, or just didn't want to be married, or wanted to live together for mutual benefits other than marriage? I just don't see how someone's progressed moon, if it's even accurate to begin with, could even come close to being there accurate Ascendant, please explain. Also how would you explain someone, like the girl I'm interested in, but we only see each other a couple times within a year's time (sometimes), other times it can be as much as 7-8 years, more than enough time for both our progressed Moons to change several times, how could your method possibly find someone's Ascendant with that kind of re-occurring pattern, further more in my case we have friends and family in common, so no matter what our progressed Moon's are, we'll meet and be instantly attracted to each other anyways, it never ends with us, and probably won't anytime soon, so how would that locate our Ascendants, by your logic, we would have and Ascendant in every sign for this to occur over and over again, I just don't see that being possible. And further more, I'm attracted to many signs all the time, could be Sagittarius, Capricorn, Aquarius, or even other Cancer's like myself, but my progressed Moon is never with their Sun or Ascendant, and I'm a very observant person, when it comes to people's personality, and I'm getting better at narrowing down people's Ascendant every day, but despite all that, it doesn't change who I'm attracted too, or who enters my life and is attracted to me, your method is a good indicator for when people actually go through the act of marriage, I'll give you that, but it doesn't determine someone's Asendant, just narrows it down. If you're meeting someone every seven years, you're not in a relationship. quote:

Perhaps the connection is made with pMoon to nSun. IP: Logged |

You're missing the point, just because two people aren't married doesn't mean they're not in a relationship, they're could be any number of benefits for people to be together without labeling it a relationship, or saying they're together but don't even touch each other, or kiss, or any sort of sexual act, I use to work with a couple just like that, they were more like friends who enjoyed irritating each other more than anything. So how would you find the Ascendant of these individuals in such a case? It has to be more than just the Progressed Moon. Shouldn't hook-ups be considered a brief relationship? I've been through a few of those, but had no desire to take things further, so how could you just rely on Progressed Moon in this scenario also? This was just an example to illustrate that it has to be more than just Progressed Moon to Natal Sun and potential Natal Ascendant, something else is triggering our meetings once or twice in a year, then go back to 7-8 years, the way you come off, it's like when two people stop seeing each other, no matter how brief, it's done, over, never to be seen again, and that's just not the case, certainly when two people are not in a relationship or are, but it ends, I know of plenty of people in on/off dating and/or long-term relationships that can go on for years, but then they break-up, and sometimes they'll get back together (sometimes a week or month later, other times a year or more), other times not, and sometimes they'll just satisfy each other sexually. Just goes to show that life and nature itself for that matter, are just too complex to narrow down someone's Ascendant to just the Progressed Moon conjunct their Natal Sun, Ascendant, or both. If Astrology were that easy, we would be able to pinpoint very accurately the life events for everyone on the planet, nobody would ever get into any situations without picking and cherry-picking what they want, good or bad, that to me sounds like a very boring life, if everything worked that way, and that's part of the beauty of life, the adventure and not knowing what's coming next. Life just wouldn't be any fun if your method could work 100% of the time in all situations. IP: Logged |

@Nine, Hmm... when I met my ex-boyfriend, his pMoon was in Gemini. That's my Asc sign. And when I met my another ex-boyfriend, his pMoon was in Taurus. That's my Sun sign. On the other hand, my pMoon was in Scorpio and Leo respectively when I met them. Could these be their Asc? Also, does the connection run both ways or usually only one way? And does it make a difference whose pMoon is connected to whose Sun/Asc, like does it say who's more attracted? EDIT: I checked a couple's p Charts when they met. Her pMoon conjunct her bf's Dsc and his pMoon conjunct her Dsc. Interesting. Haha..

No, I'm Gemini Asc. Why do you think I've a Virgo Asc? Anyway, when we met Jupiter was transiting my 6th house and Moon/Mars were in Cardinal signs. How come we don't look at Venus? But yesterday I didn't manage to see him although Mars was in Cancer. 🤷♀️ I can't seem to see a pattern. IP: Logged |

I started with Moon and then learned about Saturn. Upon reading the two house positions(3rd and 7th respectively) and getting chills, I deduced the approximate Asc to be Taurus. When I went to an professional astrologer for fine tuning, she calculated Taurus/Aries 1/29 degrees respectively. Another astrologer concluded that Aries 20 Degrees is the position and he used declinations in his calculation. Both used Placidus system. Point is that its not an overnight "just add water" thing. It takes time. And to be frank,I watch transits and aspects(including declinations) to ascertain whether the position is accurate. Venus in Aries transiting my 1st house and parallel my Asc. I met a guy for the first time during this transit (Pisces Sun) and we are communicating. I don't know where it'll lead to but I found it telling that Aries Venus was transiting my 1st house at the time and his natal Venus in Aries is also conjunct/parallel my Asc. IP: Logged |

Yep, that's how attraction works. If a person is attracted to you, it should show in the astrology clearly. quote:

Because attraction was denoted elsewhere, you can't know for sure. For certainty you'll need to see if he attracts that pMoon consistently. quote:

You only need one Sun/Asc-Moon aspect. When DW exists the chemistry tends to be intensified. In a pure Sun-Moon conjunction, the moon as ruler of feelings will me the most affected. The Sun which loves flattery and attention will naturally respond positively. The assumption being you are each other's type. IP: Logged |

When Madonna met and married her first husband, his pMoon was in Gemini. It's a clue, but hardly definitive as her chart could've been playing on his. When Madonna married her second husband, his pMoon was also in Gemini. Now, something that resembles a pattern emerges, but more information is needed. When Madonna met and mated with the father of her first child his pMoon was in/around Taurus. When they broke up his pMoon was in Gemini. This establishes a pattern. And reveals Madonna's Ascendant sign to be Gemini.
Meeting and marrying someone are two different events. Which one should be used? Also according to astrotheme, she's a Virgo ASC: https://www.astrotheme.com/astrology/Madonna Not sure how certain they are. IP: Logged |

@Hikaru29 You stated that Mars was the ruler of your 6th House, I didn't realize you were using classical rulers, but yes Mars does co-rule Scorpio. Lol misunderstanding. But, have you had your chart rectified? Do you know the exact TOB of the person you see every week? IP: Logged |

I don't know his exact ToB.. only close estimate. Why do I need my natal chart rectified? I've been only looking at the transits to my natal... which chart are you looking at? IP: Logged |

Hmm... come to think of it I also attracted a Cancer Sun last year. He was very into me but I wasn't so attracted, so I think the attraction could be either way.
