I wanna enquire about my last ex. Just wanna know what you see in his chart because sometimes he really confuses me about how he feels and what kinda person he really is.

As mentioned I don't know his exact ToB except he was born in the early morning.

I couldn't quite feel the strength of the chart tbh. Probably because of Neptune in aspect to Sun being the only major aspect to the Sun.

Plus the subsequent easy aspect of Neptune to Moon,Mercury,Venus And lack of strong aspects from Saturn made things that much worse. So I had to look at Midpoints.

This person(according to data given) has Sun/Moon midpoint in chilled-out Libra(like me). This midpoint can come across "mild" at best & dispassionate.

Now this is barring Mars/Pluto in aspect to it or in aspect to Venus/Mars ,Mars/Moon or other Mars contacts.

But Mars is in aspect to Sun/Moon midpoint and thus does "heat up" the personality by making it passionate(at best) and volatile(at worst)

Mars tends to be more favourable for gratification than coupling. This unless the coupling includes heavy dosages of gratification? Because Mars tends to function unilaterally (with a person or without)

Jupiter also aspects this midpoint suggesting the native has an incessant need for "personal space" and is unable to compromise on that(Jupiter never does).

From the chart , there was Moon/Mars, Mars/Pluto and Mars/Jupiter contacts . But by your admission that you are not "sure" of where you stand with him etc. My reasoning suggested that there is a lot of "cooling" off of these interactions.

Pluto/Moon is guarded and with the added Neptune/ Moon sextile, it also adds a huge layer of mystery to the native. Open communication of how one really feels is tough.

Saturn sits on Venus- restricted affections

Saturn sits on Moon/Mars midpoint(emotional expression) restricted emotional expressions

Saturn sits on Moon/Jupiter midpoint(emotional transparency) restricted emotional sharing or transparency.

Venus/Mars midpoint is square Chiron(wide). It hurts to let people in. Ultra sensitive in associations.

Its not that he doesn't "feel". He just plays it safe with his heart and is slow to trust. There is the Moon/Mercury midpoint=Sun which suggests he WANTS to release. But fear block him

Encourage more talking and open communication. Perhaps in time he will open up. Good luck!

Hi Aries23,

What do you mean by "strength"? Does the chart show him as a weak person? You're right that he often comes across mild but I know he has a lot of emotions swirling underneath which he rarely lets out. He often acts like he's not bothered.

He does have a very passionate side which I've seen but at times he goes back to being very cool, that's why I'm confused where I stand with him. I cannot understand his inconsistency (or should I say dishonesty). E.g. he'd not look at me and stood at a distance when I was in the room but the moment I disappeared, he started looking for me. My friends also said that he was always secretly looking at me.

By "unless the coupling includes heavy dosages of gratification" do you mean sex? If yes, then yeah he has admitted that he's usually very sexual with his partner and it was also a heavy theme in our r/s. However, he has said that he can't do sex for the sake of it if there's no spark so he's usually all talk no action (he'd say this gal/that gal is so hot he wanna sleep with them and he'd get all flirty but he didn't follow through). Then again, does the chart show him as a player?

Btw, what orb are you using because Mars-SM midpoint seems like a few deg wide?

It does seem like his emotional expressions are being blocked. I feel that he sometimes doesn't even know "what" he's feeling as he goes twist & turn while expressing so it gets me all confused again.

Talking about midpoint... what do you think it means with my Name asteroid sitting at his Sun/Mercury midpoint, squaring Neptune/Lilith?

I made the orb wider because of the birth-time being unknown. Take what you can from the aspects but I stand by the notion that Libra as the midpoint can make one indecisive and more cool romantic than passionate (barring Sun/Moon beinh in 1st or in aspect to Mars)

I have this midpoint & it is conjunct Draco Jupiter. It tends to scatter energy to want to do everything. There is massive idealism. But very little tangible planning.

He also has Neptune square Sun and sextile Moon. I have the conjunction to Sun. It makes a native very "open-ended" , difficult to know intimately because of Neptunes fog on the personality.

It is not entirely the natives fault. But the indecision, inconsistency in personality does create uncertainty on your end. And you are right about him not always knowing WHAT he is feeling. Its all Neptune.

The best thing to do would be to give him space to figure things out.Pressure will just exacerbate the inner confusion-making him say what YOU want to hear etc. Because both Libra and Neptune can be "people- pleasers".

I am not sure of the asteroid you mentioned. I'm not an expert. But Mercury/Sun midpoint speaks of "meaningful"(Sun) expression(Mercury).

It suggests speaking (Mercury) that which is from the heart(Sun) in a usually GRAND or theatrical way. As only the Sun can.

For own reference;

Mars=Sun/Moon: you have competitive spirit and a determination to win. Strong desires and the union of opposites are satisfied through sex and marriage. Maybe one of your goals is to have children.

Jupiter=Sun/Moon: you have optimistic and enthusiastic self-expression. Life could be about discovering the true nature of self. In general you’ll have good fortune, success and expansion but be wary of over-exaggeration and over-inflation.

^ Thanks for your help. Well, he now has a lot of time to figure himself out since we've split.

I'm surprised Neptune square Sun creates such confusion as my friend also has this aspect (her Sun also makes no other major aspects) and she's not that hard to know. I tend to think Moon-Pluto has a hand in this.

Lol!

"move from one bf/gf to the next, sometimes overlapping"

You gotta be joking, right?

There has to be other factors included in these individuals charts because moving from one person to the next almost effortlessly does NOT describe Venus in Taurus.

I'm not offended but I am a Venus in Taurus, and it took me years and years to decide to even go into my current relationship now (which seems to be going in a bad direction). So here is probably to another 4+ years (if we break up) of being lonely.

That's my "take" on it at least.

It sounds to me like what you're describing is more of a mutable Venus, again, no offense. Venus in Taurus describes patience, NOT rushing into relationships, loyalty, devotion, romance, and valuing the senses as well as security. If I were living that lifestyle it would make me uneasy, afraid, and not trusting at all. These are all things that Venus in Taurus DOES NOT want. I'd like to see these "Venus in Taurus" people that you're describing because they sound like some odd ducks to me and it's putting other Venus in Taurus people to shame if you ask me.

It's definitely not what I'm about, I can tell you that much for sure. If they're females, then maybe they're desperate for security or finding the perfect candidate? When Taurus in Venus is in love, they're in 100% once they are committed and it is damn near impossible to persuade them otherwise. That's just Taurus energy in general for you. Once their minds are made up towards something, you might as well just get out of the way, unless you feel like getting bulldozed. They're the epitome of "putting all of your eggs in a basket" type.... quite literally. These people sound very shady to me in the very least, or the ones that you're describing with this placement. I do know that it is hard to get them/us/we/they (whoever) to leave or give up once we have made up our minds to put everything we have into someone. For me though, it's not just the first person that asks me out, or tries to gain my attention. Most of the time I'm completely terrified going into a relationship or the thought of having to restart all over again makes me sick.

Not to mention that I'm stubborn as hell when it comes to love.

^ You should read down the posts. We've established that aspects between Venus-Mars and Mars-Uranus affect the natives.

My friend with Taurus Venus conjunct Mars opp Uranus has admitted to having had 18 boyfriends (she's the one that changes boyfriends like changing clothes). Before she broke up with her ex, I saw her kissing another guy in a pub. Now she's on the verge of breaking up with her current beau (not yet), cried to me about how sad she felt but went on to ask a new guy out for dinner the next day. LOL.

The other Taurus Venus conjunct Mars gal has been cheating on her husband.

Another friend with Taurus Venus square Mars opposite Uranus cheated on her ex.

What loyalty? Lol.

Mutable Venus? Sorry, that's an ancient stereotype. I've a Gemini Venus square Mars while my bestie has Gemini Venus conjunct Mars. The thing with mutable signs is we always appear flirty which is why we get the bad rep, but our romantic lives pale in comparison to those I mentioned above, haha.

Well, your "friends" sound like one of kind people, let me tell ya. Venus in Taurus definitely isn't like this. I can personally vouch for this because I am one. I won't see it any other way.
