Is that the case with your chart?
That is true. I am air void in planets also but have NN/Desc in Aquarius and IC in Libra. Uranus trine sun at wide orb 8 degrees and out of sign (leo & cap). I do have mercury in Virgo trine mars and Saturn though and pretty tight orb.

Crying to a point of excess etc. Earth Void-Drawn to a traditional "manageable" life and conservative views. One prefers a more "hands on" systematic approach to doing things that grounds one to the here and now. Air void- a strong focus on ideas and expression. One may yearn to have a more social life or contacts through which one can perceive external experiences and the world. Love of mental games or quizzes. Fire void-One is drawn to pursuits that raise the heart levels or have an element of danger or risk. A love of drama and/or confrontations. A feeling that one must 'assert' oneself and 'stand up' for oneself etc. Temper issues i.e one kills a moth with a bomb etc.
Thanks Aries23degrees. That makes sense with overcompensating and does happen to me. I get emotional at random times with movies/ commercials, thinking of a sad situation that hasn't happened but is possible lol...but think this is just a way to find an outlet for the things I am actually emotional about. It’s maybe a cause of lower emotional “intelligence”? I could hold on to something that caused me pain/anger unknowingly and have an outburst weeks later unrelated to what caused the pain just to relieve it. This may all be due to something other than water void, not sure. Interesting about the other voids too. Almost as if the void acts as if it is heavy in the element? IP: Logged |

That could also be Pluto in 4 (need to dig deep and digest emotions) and especially Saturn in 4, which I both have.
Hmmm interesting I have Pluto in 4th as well and feel like I have deep rooted emotional pains that are stuck. How did you resolve these or eventually process them? Saturn probably had an effect in the 4th too causing delays with emotional digesting? Or to happen later in life? IP: Logged |

Do you attract people heavy in water? I noticed I attract water or earth voids or those very low in either and I'm very high in both. IP: Logged |

I do both air and water, but air more. Probably because I am fire dominant and that works well with air. IP: Logged |

Depression. Feeling dead inside is a strong indicator of your current mental/emotional health. I hope you can pull out of it soon. Do whatever it takes to elevate your joy. Sometimes it requires wise use of natural remedies or herbs to find your balance again; or making an important life change. While there may be factors related to Moon/luminaries in your chart that could relate to this, you do not have to have any planet or birth chart factor in a water sign to be emotionally aware and healthy. Period. It is a superficial, pop astrology idea that you must have a planet or something in each element or you "lack." This is a corrosive and misleading assertion. All the naturalelements of astrology are represented in the planets and are in every person's chart. ------------------ "Drift like a cloud and flow like water, seeing that all life is a magnificent illusion, a playing of energy, and there is absolutely nothing fundamentally to be afraid of." -- Alan Watts Soul Stars Astrology by The Declinations Guy Expert birth chart rectification IP: Logged |
