He talks about a very odd experience where he found a large load of raw copper ore (azurite and malachite aka forms of copper carbonate are found in copper ore deposits), loaded up his pickup with his find, took it back to his shop, and started working on it cutting it with his saws.

A little while after working on it, he started to get a metallic taste in his mouth and then started to get a splitting headache in his forehead area. Thinking he was likely dehydrated, he took a break to rest and drink some liquids. The headache persisted, but what came next was quite strange. He had a customer come in and somehow he knew ahead of time everything the customer would say, almost like he was reading their minds. Later on when talking to his spouse and telling her about this, he could also hear her thoughts and some of these he said weren´t so flattering.

Cayce never mentioned anything about headaches, but his source did advocate psychically sensitive, spiritually attuned type people to wear azurite to help strengthen and center their intuitive attunement. His source oddly though, usually referred to it as Lapis Linguis, and only narrowed it down to Azurite when people didn´t understand what they were referring to.

A couple years ago, I went camping with a Pisces Sun friend of mine and his girlfriend, and brought along a good size piece of Azurite , and let him borrow and wear it. I didn´t tell him much about the stone, but wanted to see if he would notice anything. He kept saying in the middle of the night, ¨Do you hear that? What is that noise?¨ I couldn´t hear anything, and I asked him what did it sound like. He said it sounded like a high pitch chirping sound almost. I laughed and said, ¨oh, that´s the Azurite.¨

Later on after we got back from the trip, I handed him Ken Carley«s book where he talks about handling Chrysocolla which is another copper based stone related to azurite and malachite, and his experience with ¨hearing¨ (nonphysically/etherically) it «chirp« in a high pitched tone. And indeed, Cayce«s guidance also talked about Lapis Linguis«s ¨singing¨.

Here is a fascinating article originally featured in the A.R.E.´s magazine ¨Venture Inward¨ and written by Sidney Kirkpatrick who is an acquaintance of mine and who wrote what many consider the definitive biography on Cayce´s life and work. It chronicle´s Edgar´s ¨Mysterious Missing Month¨, which involved a trip with a younger prodigy friend Mitchell Hastings and their hunt to find both relaxation and ideal (translucent) pieces of Azurite. The events that unfold are quite puzzling and would to most be nearly unbelievable.

I agree, besides it´ direct, powerful effects on stimulating the Pineal gland, it´s also strikingly beautiful. I really like the indigo colored pieces.

I spent awhile (years) not wearing any, because I got a little arrogant or prideful, and starting thinking, ¨I don´t need any outside props to help me.¨ But I eventually realized, when it comes to upping the vibration of these dense, slow vibratory bodies of ours, YES, I could use all the help I can get. I´m now wearing it again.

I really wish I could find some of the translucent pieces one can charge in the Sun, as it these which are extremely powerful. The first time I met with Sidney, he told me that he had sent a sample of the translucent type Azurite down to an acquaintance who works at Los Alamos labs, and he ran some tests on it, and found that it oddly increased/amplified certain types of energy (which is not thought of as possible in mainstream physics). Unfortunately, as this conversation was a few years ago, I don´t remember the exact details.
