Does it have something to do with aspects to Mercury? Or to the ruler of the 6th house? 2nd house ruler in hard aspect to the 6th house ruler? IP: Logged |

Right! I have Lilith in the 4th and I have been working since high school. Edit: never mind. I have True Lilith in the 4th and BmL in the 3rd conjunct the IC. IP: Logged |

I think it has something to do with him having Mercury conjunct Uranus. I don’t think he’s ever had a job but I’m not sure though. I decided I would help him when I found he was struggling but this has almost been a year ago. I’ve been helping him financially because I was just trying to be there for him. And lately he’s been having a rough time his car has been broken into at least 4 times.

I think Chiron in 6th house can show this. My dad has trouble keeping a job, and while I don't have his official birth time, he could have Chiron placed here.In my case, it's more complicated than it is with my dad. With my dad, there's some refusal to even bother because of past experiences. I have a bunch of placements in my money houses and a lot of emphasis on them yet I struggle to earn my own money. I'm on SSI for crippling Major Depression, but I've since then developed an anxiety disorder. Both mental health conditions are probably inherited from my parents. Astrologically, I have Uranus and Neptune in 2nd house. To me, having these planets placed here demonstrates my issues with the average job. Most jobs don't mentally stimulate me in the right ways. Writing does this, but it's not the most stable source of income and I'm not guaranteed financial success from doing it. This makes it a risky field to go into given my dependence on prescription medication to function normally. There's so much going on in the country right now that I need to stay on SSI to have that guaranteed healthcare coverage. I don't feel like a good fit for the systems in place in general. I've been told that what I want is a career, not a job. I know work is supposed to be work, but I'm not built for manual labor or wired for lengthy hours of mindless tasks. When I earn money, I want to enjoy what I do, not just do it for money and that's it. IP: Logged |
