Topic: Good transits and progressions indicating love, but still no love

My progressed Capricorn moon is conjunct my natal 7th house and will soon conjunct my natal Cap moon (I’m 27 and am having my 1st progressed moon return) and then will conjunct my natal 12 Capricorn descendant early next year. On top of this, transit Jupiter in Capricorn will also conjunct my natal 12 Cap descendant in January, it’ll also trine my 2 Taurus sun in my 11th house, my 4 Virgo Jupiter in my 3rd, and 3 Capricorn north node in my 7th (I’ve got a natal Jupiter trine Sun trine North Node as well if you didn’t notice). Basically, all indications point to lucky and positive things, including finding love and yet it still eludes me and I cannot figure out why since astrogically I should totally be finding love. I’m well-versed in vedic astrology as well, and vedic is even indicating an extremely auspicious time for me for love, but nothing!. My 7th house ruler Saturn transiting my 7th should also be auspicious! What gives?! IP: Logged |

I had Venus return the other year in my SR Chart, there was no way in hell I would have even been tempted to go on a date! or even kiss a frog! Nothing happened, just the way I wanted it. I totally locked myself up in my house just to be on the safe side.. Maybe you don't want it enough? Maybe you will just make more money? Maybe you will look more beautiful? IP: Logged |

Astrological factors like transits and progressions only define windows of opportunity to be put to use. They may facilitate a lot more than what you are expecting. If you zero in on romance first you may miss the rest of what is open to you, which may in turn open up the romance part if you first take matters in hand in the other areas. Most often the way to romance is not direct, but through new personal risks and growth. Astrologically, your window of opportunity in relationships will not really begin to open up until Jupiter transits into conjunction with natal Moon, then into the 7th house area. But understand that this is an urging to be more emotionally open, more involved with others in service that matters, more active outwardly in ways that will help you grow emotionally and start to overcome your innate tendency to be emotionally contained, safe, and passive. Patience is needed for your windows of opportunity to open more fully. Find the love within yourself that wants to express itself to anyone that needs it, not just someone who will give back to you what you want. Meanwhile, take charge of this part of your life spiritually. Co-create on a psychic/mental plane the results you want. Don't sit in passive patience. Have a serious conversation with the universe while in a meditative state of peace. Speak not in specific details about it or some 'other' or in how the universe should deliver the results. Just see, feel, speak the outcome of being with a partner who loves and accepts you as you are. I definitely do put all my effort into finding a man, but I often end up unsatisfied. Most of them aren’t commitment types unfortunately. I would be happy to just feel better and be less depressed if this transit doesn’t end up bringing me love IP: Logged |

When I had progressed and SR Sun conjunct Moon/Venus/SN, my sister finally got married. I'm one of those people for whom some of these transits play out in the lives of the people I'm close to - so I'm there for it, it just isn't happening to me. The Moon is also brought up in our relationships with women, so that's probably part of it.IP: Logged |

Which house system are you using to put natal Moon in 7th house rather than 6th? (Or what orb are you using to put progressed Moon conjunct 7th house cusp?)IP: Logged |

Check your Vertex. When I met my guy, my Vertex was activated by a square to tMoon and opposition to tMercury (which rules my ASC). My guy had tSun/Uranus conjunct his Vertex. Later on I found out my tName-asteroid was also conjunct his Vertex so it makes our meeting even more fated.  At the same time, tVenus was opposing tJupiter and they were hovering conjunct & opposite both our Junos as we have Juno opposite Juno in Synastry. When I met my ex, tMoon was also squaring my Vertex and tSaturn was conjunct Juno. In addition, tJupiter was hovering near my Venus. IP: Logged |

SunAscendant, have you considered that you have an anxious attachment style and are attracted to guys that have an avoidant attachment style? It’s literally 3 degrees before my 7th. I use the whole house system sometimes. Also, in vedic astrology you dl NOT use placidus or any other house system other than whole. My vertex is at 27 Scorpio. I had a relationship back in like 2016 when my progressed moon conjuncted my natal 5th house vertex. IP: Logged |
