i do feel he likes me, but how can i be so sure without making a fool of myself if i do ask him if he feels me too or something like that like take this stuff to the next level?

i tried a couple of times to shift the text convo from work to small conversations, but he doesn't engage/reply

i seldom see him in person at the venue because i am only there when we have shows there, and that's not every week. Just quarterly / every other month.

I mean the only hints i have shown is me being more friendly and seeking more engagement with him. I am not one to come forward and tell a guy how i feel lol i am venus in capricorn, i am very traditional.

i feel that he's the one giving hints to see if i like him. i think he needs me to give him a nudge. but i could be over thinking all this and nothing is really happening lol. i refuse to see dating as black or white. he/she like you or not like you. it's complex because people have complexes, personality issues/differences and attachment styles.

i don't have his birth year, so i would not know what other planets he has in virgo. He is very very guarded. he doesn't have social media, so you can understand how private he is/guarded so i would not know how he is with others and his personality. by observation with other co workers, he's very controlled. meaning, he has that air of 'i am the boss, everyone has to comply to me' i think he takes his role as boss too seriously. he seems uptight.

See if he will ask you qns. This means he's interested and trying to know you better. They might also test your intelligence because they really like smart people. They like people to ask them qns too because they like voicing their opinions. I remember when I first know my guy he asked me qns on social/political issues and I thought why such heavy topics for a first date (lol). Don't gossip with them cos they ain't interested.

Virgo guys are not the hot, passionate type (unless they've fire in their chart like Venus/Mars in fire signs), neither are they emotional (unless they've strong water placements) so you may not get love declarations from them or dramatic displays of affection. They will not praise you to the Moon but they will give very sincere compliments (or criticisms).

I am a 36 year old mental health counselor and one of my clients is this 19 year old guy with SUN in Virgo and Mars in Leo and I suspect he has saggy rising like me too. I keep finding myself thinking he is the male version of me. He is not shy, he goes after what he wants and will flirt and I am the same, he is a hopeless romantic too like me and says it out loud and I use to do that too until recently that I stopped identifying as such, he fights for what he wants in the love department and I am the same. He was just telling me yesterday he saw this cute girl at Walmart and flirted with her and gave her his number. I can't remember the details but he planed this witty thing to say to her when he handed her his number. I am a virgo like him with mars in LEO and I literally saw my ex across the room at this large dance club called Club Space and I walked straight towards him from a distance and started to kiss him and we made out none stop for about two hours and ended up dating for about a year, he was a complete stranger and I kissed him at first sight. Also I dated a virgo guy a while ago who had leo placements too, I think mars in leo too and he was not shy at all lol, he was restless, a risk taker and always up to something too.
