They automatically take the reins of any situation for they think they know best, but not everyone will fall in line. Neptune in Capricorn finds this extremely frustrating and can sometimes fall into depression if they are continuously shot down by other people.

Neptune in Capricorn/10th may indeed by learning whom to trust/rely upon and whom not to trust/rely upon.

So* ... during childhood/adolescence - whom was the first man that you trusted, but were let down by? ... And how emotionally painful was it to discover that HE could not be trusted? ... Might you have been poleaxed by a wounded mother (Moon-Chiron, semi-sextile) who, on that occasion, was the Athena to your young/naive Medusa?

[ * You do not need to explore this here (on a public forum) - but it illustrates how to use the transits to clarify the objective/"lesson"/meaning of a natal planet.]

Without getting into detail, I think I have an idea of what it might be going on. I wouldn't say I've ever seen myself as someone who knows what they're doing, but I certainly am confused when other people don't seem to understand certain aspects of how to live life either compassionately or with others in mind.

In that sense, I have often been devastated when I find out someone I trusted turns out to be someone absolutely not to be trusted, so that checks out. I suppose I can relay that into the overall Neptune/Saturn aspects in my history as well.

Maybe, in the sense of often being shown through Neptune who someone is and being unsure how to deal with it or confused in general about it- until something actually hits my Saturn (which does loosely conjunct Neptune still, as well as close off my 10th into my 11th), in which case either the external world steps in quite forcefully, or I have to make the choice to step up and be Saturnian about what's going on, too.

Funny, the asteroids on my Saturn actually gave me more ideas than the Neptune (but that seems normal lmao). Saturn for me has; Medusa, Ophelia, Discovery and Universitas all right smack on the same degree. I can easily see the progression of how I have 'dealt with' the overflow of Neptune energy. Both from others and in that pesky depression that follows.

( #149 ) Medusa - look of stone, complete shut out/down, violent boundaries put into place, often a shock

( #171 ) Ophelia - state of depression, lack of will power, sense of given up and having to let what's happening happen, but also death of that aspect, never to return to it

( #9770 ) Discovery - what it says on the tin? new sense of knowing what to do through just trying it, attempting something and finding more than you thought you would, new understanding

( #905 ) Universitas - understanding of the rules and boundaries of life, cosmic boundaries between self and others, others and others, etc, how all things are connected but still have conscious boundaries of what consciousness you're in

Hahahahah after you said not to ruminate on the public forum. Oh well.

I will talk now about Pluto in my chart.

I have it ruling my 12th House and my 11th House but it falls in the 10th house but closer to the end of the 10th and away from the MC.

I think this can play out as hidden enemies in the work place but also as strong allies in the work place. I tend to develop strong bonds at work and there is always a few people that have a strong presence at work and a lot of SOCIAL power that protect me and have my back who I develop a strong friendship with. Most importantly I tend to develop VERY strong bonds with my clients.

Then there may be some hidden enemies in the workplace too but I tend to have way more allies than hidden enemies. The thing is that JUPITER my chart ruler falls in my 12th house so what I notice that happens is that when my hidden enemies try to belittle the good that I do or hurt me something bad happens to them or I get a bunch of great feedback from my clients, this is the pattern I have noticed plays out with me and Pluto. Is like if you try to hurt me it bounces back at them. There is also the element that since Pluto falls in my 10th my allies start to see over time how my "hidden" enemies are trying to hurt me, it happens in a visible way so over time they make themselves look bad.

So either we learn to work together and co-exist or the person ends up hurting themselves in the process of trying to hurt me.

Then lets talk about my Pluto conjunct Saturn in the context of Pluto ruling my 11th house and Saturn falling right on my 11th cusp opposing Juno. I am the type with friendships that focuses on quality over quantity and I have had quite a few friends in my life and when I decide to be friends with someone that friendship will last a decade or more. My friendships are deep and durable.

Now once I met my husband he become my best friend so since then he has taken up that space I typically occupy with other friendships. Our marriage is based more on a deep friendship and strong bond than it is on romance and I have stuck it out through a lot with him in spite of the doubts I have had a long the way.

I have noticed something interesting, I have Saturn ruler of 2H right on my 11H CUSP. Capricorns are very good to me and they see my value very clearly, they tend to hold in high esteem what I have to offer and they tend to have my back.

You are a participant in the evolutionary-planet cycles that began with the following conjunctions :-
1) Uranus-Neptune at 2Capricorn00, on 4th December 1821.
2) Neptune-Pluto at 7Gemini41, on 30th April 1892.
3) Uranus-Pluto at 16Virgo06, on 30th June 1966.

The Uranus-Neptune conjunction activated a generation of social reformers - such as Charles Dickens, Florence Nightingale and Karl Marx - that had been born in the balsamic phase* of the previous cycle. ... And you were born in the balsamic phase of the 1821 to 1993 cycle. So, you are in the group that was born to activate the social reforms of the 1993 to 2165 Uranus-Neptune cycle.

The Neptune-Pluto cycle continues until 2300+, and is moving us all towards becoming a one-nation world.

The Uranus-Pluto cycle continues until 2104, and brings the disruption that will change the sovereign-nation mindset, which is currently preventing us from moving towards a one-nation world.

So ... can you now see why your above quoted comment is Neptune's way of reminding you of the soul-intention of its current incarnation? ... And why Neptune - the planet of compassion and integration - is so strongly personalised in your natal chart?

[ * The Balsamic Phase ... "Some new ideal has to emerge in the function of Uranus, defined by Neptune, even though that ideal can only be expressed within the framework of the present or the past. The new level of consciousness flows from Neptune to Uranus, transforming the latter. If you are blocking its transforming activity, something inside you will seem to 'die' or you will become confused. This phase is primarily one of transition, transformation or 'seed-making" (meaning that your's could be a life of distilling your wisdom into some form that can be apprehended by others). Thus, you are committed to giving something of yourself that others will take and build on and for which you may be forgotten. Something truly does 'die' here - some aspect of the ego." ... (Extract from The Spiral of Life, by Joanne Wickenburg and Virginia Meyer.)]

This was beautifully put, thank you! You hit a few nails on their head. And the quote really got me. I have definitely experienced the ego-dying at times because of being left out of the end results, but I also realise more often I'm just glad they've figured out what I was trying to show them Also I think ego-death is a theme for me as well, anyway.

Whoa, how's that play out? Are you pretty tuned into the collective generation when you're all on your own? My guess is Saturn on the AC makes for pretty strong boundaries of not letting it bleed out. Hmm.
