I know the quick cold answer is NOoooooo - don't. But can someone go ahead and do a color of tresses when she is backwards if it's sort of subtle? I mean we all have her differnt in our charts as she turns backwards. Would someone who has her in transit trine her in Natal be better/worse if they try to update their hair on the new moon that coordinates with the retrog? (In sidereal she's at home btw!) I'm frustrated watching my 'tween' stages of my current hair. About 2 inches of roots showing. Just before the quarantine I was going to get this dealt with but it was put aside due to the obvious reason. Thank you for any input. IP: Logged |

Found a thread from 2012 on the topic. - http://www.linda-goodman.com/ubb/Forum24/HTML/213679.html They were talking about getting it CUT. If you have a prior relationship (H7) with this hairdresser, and they already know you and the way hairdye reacts with your particular body chemistry, and you really can't wait-- then you can be our 'test' subject for this retro-theory?! If you've had any kind of change in meds since the last time you visited, then chemically, this could alter your hair-dye effect. Gemini is a fun and colorful sign. Whatever turns out, 'Own' and Rock that Look, ~gurlfriend! Wear Your Attitude... uh~hmmm. Aside-- The bigger concern would BE for your HEALTH, MoonMystic--- for chancing a premature direct-exposure to Covid-19 Virus. If your immune system is compromised, or you're on any meds that have side-effects that suppress your immune system, you might want to wait a little bit longer? {{{ }}} Beautiful AS-You-Are .. Mirage ~ The lady who was cutting my hair never colored it. Only I did that. So I'm not new to it. lol My esteem has been very low, this is part of it. The quarantine has had me seeing myself more than I like. Rather seeing how I'm dissatisfied with 'self'. I was also thinking along those lines (safety), being precautionary due to the current health threat we are living with at the present timeline. Nope, I'm not on meds. I do take different vitamins though, had also thought of the fumes. In respect to that I was looking into less smelly (based on reviews) brand. Plus we have a nice window with the perfect breeze and we just purchased new Air purifiers too. I've read they suck up odors and other things (maybe virus related) that can cause respiratory issues. I wouldn't do this unless I was being prudent - as much as I can be under the circumstances. Long ago when I used Air purifiers, they were miracles to erasing and filtering bad oxygen to good. All I want to do is color it the natural looking tone I was meant to wear , with grey coverage though! -- maybe I'll wait it out longer and sit in the sun with lemon, sun in. It's supposed to be sunny. Haven't done that in forever. Who knows, I might prefer that option. It's less messy. lol
That's so strange, I grew up with her dad on tv. Fresh Price of Bel Air. She's the spitten image of him. Thank you for looking after my well being. You are wonderful to put such care out here Mirage thank you!
We live in a more fortunate area. My heart is heavy for all of course, I get sad over the highly effected areas. .. Last thought. Mirage, you're making me cool my heels, Thank you! I think the smartest thing overall for my hair and other considerations, I'll find a good daily restoration treatment or spray and bring the health of my hair back to it's best possible quality and once I've spent several weeks there (hopefully) I'll then be able to get a better plan. Nothing wrong with the Sun in approach until then. I truly miss the hairdresser for the cut though! Le-Sigh IP: Logged |

I buzzed my head last Venus Rx. :P though it wasn’t the first time I’ve had this look—already knew it would be regarded as “fantastic/impressive”. In a way this particular haircut was knowing I wanted to see myself differently. With that said...I think any appearance change during the retrograde period is just going to have you thinking about it (your choice) much longer than usual, as a means to consolidate/warrant reflection on your deeper feelings/values. Some might fixate on their decision, others might welcome the need to be impulsive—depends on [your willingness for] self-acceptance really. As for the retrograde caution towards the quality of the hairdresser’s skill, that depends on your relationship to them, I would assume, their inherent carefulness as a beautician. they might be second guessing their own tried-and-true aesthetic as well, not seeing form clearly. I've thought about shaving it off before, but I know I would regret it. I lost a lot of hair, due to the stomach condition I deal with. During the 2018 retrograde, I remember telling my dad that I just wanted my hair back. Some of it has grown back - I now have more than I did two years ago - but it still isn't close to what it used to be. IP: Logged | |
