Then there are the Planners/Expanded Guidance who sometimes step in and nudge things here and there. These are super conscious beings that try to keep some semblance of a system of growth and harmony here, otherwise the personality level, conscious freewill part of us certainly would screw up the whole thing, as humans have in very far past cycles we barely remember except in myths. And other "intelligent" beings on other worlds have done completely. Entire worlds have been destroyed by the inhabiting "intelligent" beings. Destroying an entire school/system of growth is kind of a big no no, and so they sometimes step in more of late, than they use to way back when.
The astrology of it all just correlates with the most probable paths and outcomes from a combo of those deeper level and conscious personality choices.
all divination is probability based on what has the highest chance of happening
astrology having multiple possibilities and meanings i'd say gives us the realm of possibility and the probability of individual events can be narrowed down from there but to look at an entire chart or the transits of any given star we get a clearer picture of potential as well
depends on the individual person at any rate not all people are unconscious to the things that exist below the surface and even those that are can dig with the right tools
i don't disagree that most of what is seen comes from a place that's unseen though, all that exists and can exist is given life elsewhere and brought here
as above so below and so on
i don't believe free will and fate affect each other personally but that's a deeper discussion for another time, even if all of a person's existence was the equivalent of a rube goldberg machine free will would still exist imo
