I just finished reading that thread you mentioned to me regarding guidance and overall slow vs fast vibrational energy.

In there, you briefly mentioned about immature souls generally mirroring the personal signs of the zodiac.

I guess I'm curious, if house placements can alter that fact, as a general rule?

I guess I'm mostly wondering... Since my chart mainly consists of the first four signs of the zodiac. And all in a very prominent way. Like my ASC ruler Aries. ASC Gemini. First house Venus Cancer. And then Taurus my Sun.

Given this information, I guess one would be able to call me an 'immature soul'. And it's true that people view me that way a lot. Being that standard 'party girl' that loves having fun and all... (when their only form of knowing me is via social media at this point)

It's odd though that every time, I don't think there has been a time where this wasn't the case... Where when they finally met me in person... They're always so surprised that I'm different than the impression they had of me at first. Meaning, way more reserved in a sense.

I almost feel that I have people with polar opposite impressions of me. Some (only some) see me as very social while others claim I'm super 'inhibited' (that's actually the word they use lol) and shy.

Honestly I'm not sure myself what I am. Cuz both types feel very natural to me.

But one thing I can't make peace with, is that I always feel like the odd one out. No matter how 'standard and friendly' people see me as, I always feel awkward and that I'm just in the wrong place.

I'm very much a loner at heart. And I don't generally feel bad about it, it just feels like a very core part of me.

And all this can't possibly be what an 'immature soul' is represented as. I mean, I can understand the energies being considered as one, and I feel that those type of people always have an easy time getting around in life, chatting people up and just having a good time. But it's just not what I am, wish I was. Although I do know I can come off that way sometimes if I try.

This one person... She seems to be extremely jealous of me, I can literally feel it. She's I guess not what you'd call the standard girl a person would have an easy time with. And she once expressed it to me. And I was like telling her "me too" ya know cuz I related so much to what she was saying, on a really deep level. She almost got ****** and insulted at me for playing as if it were true. I was honestly not sure how to respond. I think that was one of the first times that I realized that people will just never understand me. I guess a part of me took it as a compliment, but at the same time I felt super alienated. Nobody will ever believe me, cuz I come across as just fine. I guess I'm not trying to complain, but I just honestly can't understand it. If I come off as just fine, why don't I feel this way? Why am I not "just fine".

Anyway not trying to get too self absorbed here lol. But I guess, it just made me wonder. Based on your claim that is. If houses can alter these energies to that extent. Cuz I definitely don't feel like a young soul,I never did. Even as a kid. Just awkward and shy is what I felt my entire 29 years of living. I mean that pretty literally.

Good at surface-level interactions if you’re in your comfort zone, but dissatisfied with them in a way lots of people don’t seem to be — would that be a fair summary?

Hi Brenda, I find that Signs tend to relate to this a lot less than Planetary energies. After all, the Planets literally represent afterlife/nonphysical dimensions and consciousness levels.

The Planets (including two Stars) when predominant that most often correspond to an older Soul are Neptune, Jupiter, Sun, and/or Arcturus.

The Planets when predominant that most correspond to a "middle aged Soul", are Mercury (sort of borderline between young soul and middle aged), Venus, and/or Uranus (sort of borderline between middle aged and old soul).

The Planets when predominant that most correspond to a younger Soul are Saturn, Mars, Pluto if only combined with the former two being strong, and Moon.

Pluto is less of a specific level, but more of a process and an energizer to other Planets and other levels. If Pluto is strong in combination with the first group most predominant, then it will help to energize that process of awakening.

But if it's strong in combination with the last group being the strongest--it can indicate more severe destructiveness and negativity i.e. A LOT of ego, selfishnes, separatism. These are the very dark red and/or black aura type people that would be best for most of us to just completely leave alone/not interact with. I'm talking about people that are on, or very close to being on the ASPD spectrum.

It can get more complex than this though, because say both Mars and Neptune are really strong at the same time, well what then? This might tip the person to a blend or in between, which would put them more in the middle aged Soul category.

And when I use these metaphorical terms of young, middle aged, and old--I'm not talking years and all that, but maturity and attunement to pure Love levels.

At the end of the day, it doesn't matter too much if one is a younger soul, a middle age, or older Soul. Wherever you are, just do the best with what you came in with. Try to be loving and helpful to others--this grows ones Soul.

Our Spirit level/self, creates and projects out Souls in all these categories into various different time slots. Every one of us, is connected to our Spirit though, which is beyond that. The more we tune into that Expanded self level, also the more we grow and the more aware and wise we become.

Yes, younger Souls do tend towards a sort of separativeness, while also liking the attention of others. There is something inherently a bit narcissistic about them in that kind of way. This doesn't make them bad or negative people. They can be decent intentioned, they just have some maturing and growing up to do. Being a spectrum, if you're not super, super low on the spectrum of attunement to pure Love, there is plenty of hope for you.

Anyways, Signs only really factor in sometimes when supporting a stronger, underlying pattern. I like to use D.T.'s chart because he is a classic textbook case of a malignant narcissist both astrologically and in his personality/behavior and also someone who is a rather immature Soul. His predominant Planet is Mars, followed by Saturn, Mercury, Uranus, and Moon in that order. AND his strongest emphasis is on the first 4 personal Signs. For some examples, his Chart ruler which is also his Sun, is in Gemini. His Venus, ruler of his MC is in Cancer. Saturn, ruler of his DESC is in Cancer. The next strongest is the interpersonal Signs, with the first one of those, Leo strong via Leo Rising and Leo Mars conjunct same.

His only sensitive/personal Planet in a Universal Sign is Moon and South Node in Sagittarius. The strong Mars, Leo, and Sagittarius, Gemini, and Uranus relates to his off the cuff out spokenness.

With him it's always me, me, me, me, I, I, I, and he puts others down A LOT to make himself feel better. He can't ever take responsibility for anything he does that is not good, helpful, or bright. He is super (only) focused on money and the material world--doubt he ever has a thought about things like Souls, Source, pure Love, spiritual growth, etc. He has very little empathy or concern for others (that Venus Saturn conjunction in Cancer, indicates MAJOR heart blockages).

He is basically just a walking, talking ego. Very little conscious connection to his Soul and especially not to his Expanded/Spirit/Higher self.

Underneath all that fake, projected confidence and bravado, is a hurt little boy that deep down, just wants some real Love, but in not truly loving himself, he can't love others and so he is caught in a loop of suffering and trying to fill up that painful black hole where real Love and connection to Source should be, with stuff, status, money, power, control, women, distractions. It's actually very, very sad from a spiritual perspective. A lost Soul and very deeply suffering Soul.

But there are Souls even lower in the spectrum of Love attunement than him. There are some that are so far gone, that when they go into the nonphysical, they will end up unconsciously destroying themselves in a kind of consciousness entropy/chaos process. These are the extreme, hard core psychopathic type people and Souls. Thankfully these types are fairly rare. I doubt there are any of these types on an astrology forum, unless they are on only to troll.

Houses don't relate too much to all this, except as being areas of passivitiy and/or amplication.

I suppose if there is an emphasis on the 12th and 11th Houses, if it supports a larger pattern--especially Planetary and to lesser extent Sign, then it can contribute to indicating an older Soul?

But take the 1st House. It's just a House of amplification and of self (not as in "self centered").

When we talk about Planets being predominant, often times they are when they are conjunct the ASC or in the 1st House, and if there are multiple Planets near there, then often (not always) the Planet closest to the ASC is the most highlighted.

Someone with a loaded 1st is not going to be a "young soul" by default. Again, if it's primarily the "older" and "middle aged" related Planetary energies, they are going to be more mature Souls.

Hope this clarifies.

Also should add briefly. Every Soul that connects to a human body has an "ego". It's actually more part of the body package than anything for many Souls. You could come here straight from the core of Source, i.e. the fastest vibratory level there is, like Yeshua did, and still have ego as long as you are connected to a physical human body born of a woman.

It's just with the older Soul, they will be consciously aware of that within them, and consciously try to redirect it if it becomes limiting in interaction with others. A less mature Soul will just run with the ego urges and let it take control.

Look at what Yeshua said about Yohannan (John) the Baptist. He said some odd, almost conflicting things about him. He said, there have been none greater than him born of a woman, but even the least in Heaven is greater than him.

Yeshua was talking to that body influence, ego thing. Yohannan was a rather old Soul, who tried hard to raise the vibration of his physical body, but even he faltered at times. He had fear, ego, etc, because of the influence of his human body. And even in Yeshua himself, we see a difference in him pre and post Resurrection. The reason why, is because post resurrection, he was no longer connected to a dense, physical body. He had taken the body physical, and from the nonphysical, Spirit levels, so raised the vibration of that body, til it essentially exploded or imploded in pure Light (which is what created the Shroud of Turin image imprint).

Now he is in the world, but no longer OF the world. There is no ego, no fear, etc left in him. He is completely and utterly pure Love now, and yet can and does interact with humans in a physical like way all the time. He actually has never left the physical world, except for those few days after he allowed his body to be murdered. He just stays incognito in his interactions with other humans.

Nor is ego all bad. Ego is there partially to protect the potentially much more sensitive Soul from the cacophony of disharmony and loudness of the physical level and of humanity.

Think of ego as like "earplugs for the Soul" when it's incarnated here.

This is why people that do a lot of powerful hallucinogenic drugs, sometimes go off their rocker, because they unwisely tear down that protective layer of ego before they should, and their Soul and nonphysical senses become very open to all the energies around them. They lose that damping down filter which the ego is, and they are exposed to all of that chaos and loudness, and it literally can drive a person insane.

This can lead to things like schizophrenia and various other mind-emotions-body imbalances.

The ego is not an active, living enemy. It's just sometimes a roadblock to go around. One shouldn't really put energy into disliking the ego of self or others. The way around the ego is by acceptance and Loving the core of others and self, and knowing they are more than their ego and ego expressions. Seeing the Source in them.

Not always easy to do, especially when one has ego.

Basically when I realized all this, it felt like a weight released from me, because, and for awhile, I was expecting perfection of myself, and constantly focusing on ego--and that's a road to insanity (to the Cliffs of same, even..). I've accepted that as long as I'm connected to one of these dense, physical human bodies, I'll always have at least a little ego. And that's OK.

And perhaps not surprising, over focusing on ego, even in a critical way, can actually strengthen it within you. That which we most focus on, we tend to move towards. Best to focus most (primarily) on Love, while being aware of ego, shadow, etc, in a peripheral sense.

Anyways, to let my ego out to play a bit. This thread and the high, integrated wisdom in same, is a culmination of many lifetimes of devoting self to Love, positive service to others, a lot of meditation and prayer (i.e. deeply listening to those wiser and more aware than self), and in this life, being on an accelerated path of growth through hyper awareness and a lot of deep suffering and experience of intense extremes. ("He learned obedience through the things he suffered" in a sense).

Thank you that was very enlightening. Appreciate your lengthy explanation. It cleared up a couple of things for me.

And love what you were saying:
"And perhaps not surprising, over focusing on ego, even in a critical way, can actually strengthen it within you. That which we most focus on, we tend to move towards."

I think that is a good general rule when it comes to a lot of different things within different areas of life.
