The Virgo was adamant that buying a house will lead you to becoming house poor.

I on the other hand tried to explain that the economy isn't doing well and mortgage rates are at a long time low and will continue to do so for decades to come because the economy isn't performing well.

Evenutally the price of your rent will cost more then the cost of a monthly mortgage, this was pre-covid 19 when I said this.

The Virgo in a typical virgo fashion only saw things from a short term save every dollar mindset and refused to accept this new incoming reality and stuburn to that notion.

The reason why i'm mentioning this is because a Bank were i'm is now offering mortgage rates below 1% and I mentioned it to the virgo.

This kinda goes back to what I was saying about dealing with Earth signs and Virgos then "locking the way they think".

If you lock them into a stubborn way of thinking you can defeat them in an argument because they just won't accept facts that are only true for a time.

The Gemini is more adatable and either can see the incoming change or even manipulate the people around them to make the enviroment change for the Virgo.

But as previously mentioned, the Gemini can lose an argument once they become too Arrogant and let everything get to there head and assume they can always have things there way.

Belive it or not I actually tend to agree with Virgo's more so then I argue with them.
