Thanks Belage, I set a few plans I would like to achieve to help me be where I need to be - hopefully I get there in time

You're always helpful. I've seen your post in other topics <3
Please do! I would like to know some counselors with astrology practices too - I may be tight on budget at the moment, however I need it in the future. Next year tPluto would square my Moon (chart ruler). Would you be comfortable through emails?

Kannon McAfee
ah! thank you for the recommendation Kannon. You seem to know a lot about crystals and holistic medicine. Jade is one of our cultures popular gem those that follow buddhism. Always admired them. Without Neptune, I would lack compassion - I don't know how I would live without.

Ami Anne
oo Yes indeed. I can see that with friendship too. I don't think there was a day we don't talk. She really need the emotional support.

Queen Salome
I love learning other things. Yes she was stressed and perhaps depressed. She fled when the country was conquered - post war. Then she reunited with my dad here and was conceived with me. I think part of what she feeling transfer to me - bc I had unexplained... sorrow, sadness, and fear.

I was alone a lot - I think it was sheltered by my own choice. I locked myself in the house/room. I was scared of adults - they punished me or scold for things I do not understand so I lived with guilt/shame a lot.

If there are any benefits, you can have only if you live protected and privileged life. Forget about it if you live in rough neighbourhod or failed country.

i'm a sensitive person, a lot moreso than i let most people see, and i've come out of a lot of **** and i stand by it 🤷‍♀️

sensitivity is a strength in a way that can benefit others more than yourself to some degree but that doesn't really change that it isn't just a weakness

it can be hard to be that person, but it can also come with the ability to understand the pain of others on a deeper level and provide comfort etc

i guess it all depends on what you value and how you view pain

pain can be valuable, leads to growth and discomfort can be a catalyst for change

experiencing unpleasant things can be ****** in the moment but that doesn't make it all bad

depth of feeling can be a good thing life is visceral and that's part of really experiencing it no? live just in your head and you miss out, the **** you feel can run a lot deeper than just your thoughts

sensitivity isn't just about heightened negative emotions there's depth in other ways

being touched deeply by something good is still sensitivity too isnt it? what's bad about that? feeling deeply is far better than being numb

You have a lovely chart.

A grand trine in water involving ascendant, Jupiter and Pluto! Yes you are emotional but that is a very powerful aspect in your chart. Own it! You may not know yet how to use your emotions, but eventually you will figure it out.

You are so much more powerful than you think, and you are also luckier than you think. Jupiter and Pluto are supporting you. Study those planets.

When I was 8 years old, a school friend of mine experienced the death of his father ... but I could not help him to cope with his grief, because none of my own family had died at that time - so I had no understanding of what he was going through.

When I was 14, another school friend of mine experienced the sudden death of his father ... and I was able to help him cope with his grief, because my grandmother had been killed in a road accident when I was 12 years old.

When I was 18, a former school friend of mine (that I had had no contact with for some 3 years) called at my home because his mother had just died and he needed to talk with someone whom he "knew would understand how he felt".

"That which does not kill us makes us stronger" ... or rather, "that which does not kill us makes us more able to help others".

However, I suspect that the issue here is a lack of assertiveness rather than an excess of sensitivity.

I am still sensitive to a certain extent, but I’ve been through a lot, and I’m now firmer in my convictions. I don’t put up with as much as I used to. I’m afraid the only way to get there, is to keep going through it. You reach a point where you give no f*cks. Being quiet and kind, and whatever else I was, didn’t stop it at all. I’m still me, I’m just...firmer in who I am. Your sensitivity definitely isn’t a bad thing, though.

You can be sensitive and strong at the same time, if you know how to strengthen yourself and shield yourself.

Choosing what to be affected by is the next hard part which many of us sensitive people are still working on.

A good next step is to make a decision to become stronger and more protected, and ask the universe for help in becoming more emotionally resilient, more balanced and grounded.

Good luck

just noticed being super sensitive recently, often easy to have desire to cry. Didn't see any transit so powerful, but check progression, saw moon opposite neptune exactly.

I recommend having dandelion tea sometimes, hope to feel more grounded.

Having Aries Sun can be an indication that one of the things that your Soul is trying to integrate is assertiveness and a general "go getting" Yang type quality. There is no Sign more Yang than Aries. Yet in your case, it's still cusping Pisces a bit, so you are asked to keep your sensitivity and empathy on this path.

Re: Mercury and greater attunement to same, that could also help some. The difference I would note is that I see Mercury as being very aligned with yellow and tan colors primarily, so stones and outer attunements with that kind of energy would help to bring a more Mercurial and intellect balance.

(I don't see aura colors physically [just one time that I remember], but sense/feel them and have been focusing on integrating all the main metaphysics via astrology for a long time. In this quest, I had to throw out virtually all the established systems, because so much of so many felt off and inaccurate, and just a lot of repeating of dogma and belief system).

I wish I'm as sensitive as I was before getting numbed by psych drugs(poisons).
Being sensitive is a gift, my friend.
