I don’t think people see me as flirty, but I can be very charming. It has helped me to get things done my way. It’s a useful skill, like the expression: “you catch more flies with honey, than with vinegar.”

Libra Rising, Moon trine Venus/Jupiter and Gemini Mercury.

To me flirty would be also involve some kind of sexual energy, the possibility of something more than just a pleasant conversation. Sexual energy = Lilith or Mars conjunct ASC or MC. Fantasy fulfillment = Neptune in aspect to Rising or Mars, maybe also Pisces Mars or ASC.
