My 2 are, without fail:

Cancer Mars. ALL my boyfriends have had it. My dad has it. My husband has it in Draco. Cancer Mars for me is a “oh my god I don’t know what to do” scenario! It’s tangible when I meet one and I can’t seem to resist.
I have Cancer sun, Mercury, Venus. Mars conjunct Asc.

Scorpio Moon. Dated many. My mom is one. Many of my friends have one. It’s a moth to flame kinda thing but in the end it just doesn’t REALLY work.
I have Sun, Moon, Mercury sq Pluto.

only thing i can think of that everyone's had in common has been personal water placements which i lack in western (interestingly enough they switch to air in vedic/sidereal which is what i lack there so either way i'm looking to someone who fills that "void") and an elemental void of some element i have in my chart in their personal planets

I’m filling up my fire void. (However, I have one outer planet in fire) I had a thought to get that missing element is actually very important generally more than conjunctions with personal planets. Also, I need some Pluto/Scorpio/8th house things.

my midheaven is in cancer and i have an outerplanet in water (pluto in scorpio, it sextiles my sun and in placidus falls into my first house) but it just always turns out that i find people with water who have a void in something else, and the mutual voids swap elements in sidereal/vedic but always remain

they have what i lack and i have something they lack without fail everything else isn't as specific

a lot of times their moon is in my 7th (in placidus this is whether it's been in taurus or aries) too, specifically their moon, which is interesting because my moon is conjunct my descendant

yup ~~ gotta fix this one! *laughing*
(~Reciprocation issues~)

In the past,
it was Earth Signs who I saw had 'needs' that I could easily fulfill.

Thing is? When it was done, there wasn't reciprocation.

Moon Virgo H(9)
sextile
H8 Cancer :
Vesta, VX Uranus, Jupiter .. w Pluto Leo e.o.H8

Vesta Cancer H8 trine Saturn Scorp rx H11
Mars Cancer H7gem trine Juno rx Scorp H11

Venus Taurus H5 opp Saturn Scorp rx H11

Yeah, I think that’s how it works.
I have couple angles in fire. I get moons in 7th also, but I don’t think it would be enough if a person lacks fire. There’re earth and fire in my 7th.

I was looking at Nick Jonas. We might have a better synastry than with many people I’ve have known. I find him attractive, but I don’t think his energy would work for me. He is missing fire. Or maybe, he has too much earth. He doesn’t need more earth from me.🙁
On the other side, I might just not used to calm people.

i dont think ive ever noticed my synastry with a celebrity

i like calm people, find them comforting/grounding, and with tropical anyway i definitely prefer that water to come with an earth moon

i dated an earth void for a long time and that was awful but for more reasons than just that

Earth. Especially Taurus and Cap but Virgo as well but that is more found in my friends' charts rather than lovers.
I lack Earth and I find their energy really calming.

My big crush had the complete earth void, not even outer planets. Not good. I need somebody who has at least a little ground/ center, not completely unpredictable and unstable.

I like fire Even if its water sun and moon/asc fire. I need some element of that spark. Also, Air (except for libra) in a male is something I'm very mentally attracted to.

I'm leo sun, taurus moon, libra asc

People with Aquarius placements. The most significant males in my life have Aquarius placements like sun or ascendant.

Aquarius is on the cusp of my 12th house, the house of "undoing", whatever that means. However, things with Aquarius have gotten much better for me after I started exploring my 12th house more instead of being afraid of it. I now feel like I own that house better so Aquarian things do not undo me much anymore.

Nice thread. I'm interested to see what others will say although I would like to see their natal charts too (as always). It would be more helpful than mentioning specific placements while leaving others (possibly important ones imo) out.

• In my case I would always say Venus in Capricorn but it's actually the combo of a man's Venus in Capricorn conjunct his Saturn that I'm weak for. Venus in Capricorn by itself makes me kind of attracted to that person, but it's not intense nor long lasting. Cap Venus conjunct Saturn men are both baby and daddy like. There is something adorable, sweet, mature and kinky about them. I love their earthiness and how they are proud even though they usually have very low self esteem. They are refined and I usually prefer their style on a superficial level too. That heavy aura they emit, I love it. I love and admire their patience and durabillity. I'll stop talking about this aspect because I love whatever it basically represents. I even love how a couple of their traits get on my nerves. Did I mention how much I enjoy teasing them and acting more childlike/naughty so that they'll want to "discipline" me? (muahahaahha)

When their Capricorn Venus is on early degrees 8-11 it opposes my Sun,Uranus & Neptune and conjuncts my DSC. When it's 18-23 degrees it falls in my 7th H, conjuncts my North Node and opposes my Mercury.

• Mercury in Aqua: Unless we or they have hard aspects that would ruin this, this is my favorite Mercury sign by far. We will get really personal and freaky really quickly. It's also the sexiest and funniest placement. We get each other so well in every possible way, they're intelligent and not sensitive with words. Depending on the degree it might make no positive aspect at all but it falls in my 8th H. However I'm indifferent when other planets like Moon, Venus and/or Mars fall in my 8th H. I still don't know what it is with this Mercury sign that we get along so well, doesn't make much sense to me based on my natal chart.

• Scorpio Moon (13-25 degrees) especially if it conjuncts their Pluto. The depth of their eyes and soul make me melt. I don't know if problems would occur in a longterm relationship but it is my favorite Moon sign. I love their emotional depth with all its intensity and darkness. I find it cure and adorableand I also find that I can help them with their emotional chaos and bring out their good side. Definately my other planets trining their Moon helps.

• Mars in Capricorn is a fresh one for me, I met the first one a few years ago. I find it very attractive when it's conjucting Neptune. I don't like Neptune because it feels awesome at first but then it turns to disappointment however this is an exception which would probably also turn nasty in the end but I suspect it's my only hope to have sex with someone in my case 😄

All men have at least two of the above, Cap Venus conjunct Saturn is a given. No exceptions for this.

Basically it's the right mix of Scorpio, Cap and Aqua. My 5th (Scorpio), 7th (Cap) and 8th H (Aqua).

Gemini placements, usually Venus. I lack air, except for Pluto in Libra and Gem is also my 7th house. And their Gem placements almost always square my Virgo Venus. My romantic partners almost always have something in Cancer (8th house, intercepted) too. Usually Sun.

Other than that I love earth, especially Taurus. I have Virgo and Cap in my chart, so Taurus complements it well. I also like moon in my 1st house, but that's more often friendships or platonic love.

Similar thing herw.. I attract and I'm attracted to guys whose personal planets make mainly inconjunctions and oppositions to my personal planets. Yet I have way more chemistry and similarities with those people than I do with the ones whose planets form conjunctions, trines and sextiles with mine.

Their planets basically fall in my 5th, 7th and 8th H are relationship houses.
DSC is very important for relationships and I would recommend you to check your Sun/Moon midpoint. Usually one of the guy's personal planets is in hard aspect to my Sun/Moon midpoint. Same applies to my friends.

Taurus + Leo tends to be mine. I don't know that my type is a great one, but that combination always tends to be there somehow.
