Picking up on other's emotions is definitely a sign of natural strong intuitive/psychic ability. Just like any natural talent, it needs developed and practiced, but it sounds like you got it!

When Im out and around others thoughts plague my head and I hate it. I know it's most likely due to OCD but it's overwhelming sometimes that it's hard for me to ignore it.
The worst possible things come about. Like I assume what other people are thinking or worry about them thinking a thought I hope they aren't.
Sometimes I was correct but all it makes me feel is like the devil is playing games with me seriously lol like Im afraid of what my thoughts could manifest.
So basically, because of this awful mentality I can't decipher what is intuition and what is just obsessive fear. A lot of it is irrational and hopefully just my mind coming up with the worst possible scenarios based on reality. So when my mind is so focused on the worst it's hard for me to see anything else very clearly. If anything the 12th house is a curse rather than a Psychic gift.

Sorry for the long response. I guess what Im saying all in all, is that even for someone like me who have a strong 12th house, might not have the best intuition or psychic abilities. So even if you don't think you have placements to show that doesn't mean it's not there. You seem to have better intuition than me and I have slightly more water. Sun and Mercury in your 12th house probably add to it.

Thanks for the links! I’ve Pallas in Pisces too and it’s conjunct H13 Lilith square Moon/Venus sextile Mercury.

I also have 12H Telephus conjunct Mercury/Juno. I wonder if that’s the reason why I dream and feel my bfs?

My friend's would call me a particular name if I used woowoo so I ignored abilities of knowing to be like everyone else. Which
stifled me in many other (important) areas of life. Suffice to say  if I were Buddhist,  I am successful at being "nobody, going nowhere".
 
Although now my preference is ascension.
 Many relatives (+ friends) loved my being blah. They felt they shined and I was their costar in their life film. As long as I was around for the party. (and arm candy) If you will. You know  - the fun girl to be around. The lesser known one. If I had been more Sun centric, maybe that would had been different. I'm relieved I wasn't more a shiny one though tbh that might have been opposite my soul goal. - in retrospect, my chiron realky needed to be the co-star for those I cared (care) for. As though my being less established was necessary for them. Which it was AS it was supposed to be!

Someone might benefit from my sharing ~ I certainly hope so! I feel so many struggles with the topic of the intuition. I'm one random person to find mine and I am extremely certain I am lesser gifted than many of you reading. What should we look out for in draco? My chart looks almost the same as my Tropical except changes in signs. In draco my Mars/Pallas are in Cancer sextile Mercury square Venus/Moon. My Saturn in Scorpio and Moon still conjunct Neptune but in Aries.

Do you count all aspects in midpoint contacts? I only checked the major ones and my Mercury-MC midpoint is conjunct Jupiter; Venus is opposite my Moon-Neptune midpoint.

 only mine is Neptune rather than Jupiter. Jupiter is the Zen master though. He rules the 9th! I see this as a very potentially good one. Graham is one whom could tell you. See, my intuition in astrology is dull - I never learned as much as several here. I admire their minds for that. Other areas my intuitive instincts are  active. We all have differing abilities and once we learn them, we sharpen them. Your aspect here ^ could be a nice seed point.

In my midpoints it was collected by the astrologer for all aspects . I shared the cnjs and squares. Squares are harsh if ignored or frustrating. Your Saturn is probably why the astrologer noted that.

Have you tried meditation?  Getting some crystal (s) or trying frequency videos from yt? The purpose would be to release this block you want off you. Your intuition could sometimes be right to not trust - just anyone. Your best friend ~ should be you. Your bf probably meant well but you need to know you most. Those aspects do reflect it. Rose quartz is good for letting love in. Opening to love receptivity.

I find it easier for me not to get hooked on every aspect (My Saturn in Tau, not a fun place) , as I too worry too much. I just drink it in, a sip at a time. I learn as I'm supposed to. For instance, you just said your drac Pallas is in Cancer

Some people use pendulums and ask the questions for their body (muscle response) to receive and deliver the inner knowing answers. As to your understanding of who to trust. Asking yourself for guidance.  Others (me too) turn to cards. Meditation and grounding are helpful.
My thoughts on this,  all you need is to quiet your mind and find your inner voice where you can trust from within. The rest will spread from there.  Like a field of daisies, you being fhe first daisy - all you touch will be a daisy or you might learn it's  not (those to not trust).

Then read your pdf grid. You might see further info in it. The drac is more your soul self. As a spirit being, it is more connected to these intuitive energies. The 3D is moreso Tropical.
Depending on your span between your two charts, you could see something. Not everyone has a big span but if it's  just enough, there may be some layovers, or subtle aspects - otherwise not known.
