I read that it's the water signs, planets in water houses and luminaries in aspects to Neptune/Jupiter/Pluto... But I don't have much of these except Moon widely conjunct Neptune trine Jupiter, Pisces Mars square Neptune, Neptune opp ASC, 12H Sun/Mercury... Which I don't think are strong.

However, different astrologers have said to me over the years that I've strong intuition and advised me to trust it to navigate my life rather than relying on logic which often led me to fears & worries.

I've experienced strong intuition before especially when I was a kid but it also failed me many times (turning out to be just illogical worries/fears) so as I grew older I started to ignore my intuitions. The factual, logical side serves me well in my daily life but I feel that it does not aid in my soul growth.

Most recently, again an astrologer told me I should trust my intuition more.. So I'm curious, what actually points to someone with strong intuition in natal? I read that it's mostly the water signs/houses which I don't have much. Many of us will have at least 2 or 3 of the above indicators so it's fairly common.

You need to learn to quiet your mind. Mind (logic) is a separate entity from intuition and will most of the time ruin everything.

I also have Sun in 12th H opposing Neptune.
Pluto square Mars, Venus and Jupiter.
However the last ones are in my friends' charts too and they aren't intuitive.
Neptune - Mercury people are aware of the existence of intuition but theirs tend to be wrong most of the time which kind of makes sense. What surprises me is how wrong they are when it comes to other people which is why they attract trashy people to begin with (although this is also related to lack of logic). Sometimes it's so much into their face but they fail to see it.

When it comes to other people I still feel like my mind does the most work, I get information even from the smallest things, how they move, how they dress, how they carry themselves, how they treat others they don't need or others who need them, people who are close to them etc. All these can happen the first few minutes you meet/see someone. I am also good at guessing their reactions, actions and words. But sometimes it's pure intuition.
Example: I was introduced by my mom to a woman, she was so sweet and her eyes so warm she was known to be very kind and was helping children and animals in need with her husband. Once I saw her I felt so terrified to the core of my soul, everything inside me was screaming "DANGER!". My whole body shaking internally, I also felt intense emotional pain and like crying but I didn't know why. Fast forward they moved away and after a long time we learned that they tortured, raped and killed children and animals for rituals. I've analyzed her so much, her eyes were indeed so warm, her smile, her words, her tone of voice, her moves, everything was naturally sweet and warm about her. So that was pure intuition.

Whenever I get strong feelings suddenly out of nowhere I know it's my intuition.

Another form which my intuition has appeared and I find very creepy personally, is when I say smth with my mouth but I feel like I wasn't the one saying it. It's like my mouth speaks by itself or more like some invisible force is taking control of my mouth untill I say whatever it wants me to say and after that I regain control of myself like I normally do.. It has happened only twice and both times the things I said were serious, scary and sad. After a while what I said had become reality. I would say that this was the most useful one because what tgat "invisible force" made me say was very clear and accurate and if I would have taken that more seriously I could have done some things differently, although it still wouldn't change the outcome.

Dreams are the least clear for me, I have trouble understanding the message beforehand most often than not. A few days ago I saw my grandma dying in my dream, even though I see creepy, scary and sad dreams very often, this one made me very worried. That day my grandma's blood sugar got extremely high and she checked it because I told her about my dream. Other times I dreamed about an accident that happened but in a weird way, and indeed 5 people were severely injured and 3 died just like I saw in my dream. Dreams can be verh telling but I'm not good with them.

I don't know how you can control your intuition or make it stronger, but I do believe that intuition is the opposite of mind/rationality. It doesn't mean that they will always be opposite/disagreeing, but they are of opposite natures.
Recently I realised that the way I love listening to music when I'm not dancing it's in the dark, while laying comfortably in my bed, listening to background music (no lyrics) or to music that the lyrics do not grab my attention either because the singer's voice sounds like music itself or because the voice is kind of lost in the music. I actually try to shut off all my other senses in order to let go and feel more connected to my soul.

The reason we feel that our intuition gets worse with time is because as we grow we learn, we see and think more.. Reality is harsh, we live in a physical world not in one where we are free floating souls. When we are younger we don't worry about many things that we do later in life, others take care of our needs, we have the luxury to be in touch with our soul more than we do later in life.

I wouldn't necessarily (or I don't know) say that my intuition is strong but I tend to "ride" on Uranus which is a very strong planet in my chart. Normally, I don't think much about anything. Same here, I’ve always felt more comfortable following my intuition even if it turns out to be a tough ride. Sometimes I get people telling me I’m too stubborn so it messes up my mind-intuition further. I also experience flashes so strong yet I sometimes wonder if those are my intuition or just a wishful thinking or is my intuition a mess?

I normally have very strong intuition of others but I get confused when it comes to my own situations. Perhaps because I tend to get bias/worried etc and cannot stay neutral.

I agree with what you said about Mercury-Neptune people but I think it only affects those with the squares/oppositions. Those with harmonious aspects should have more accurate intuition.

My guy has Moon conjunct Pluto and he can read me so well. In fact, we feel each other’s moods, thoughts and feelings like crazy. It’s a double edged sword because I believe that some things are better left unknown.

Yes, I believe you. Both me and my aunt have dreamt about complete strangers and then we saw them in real life. I also had other similar dreams like yours.
Maybe because when we are sleeping all our 5 senses become weaker, so we become more aware of our 6th sense. What type of weird experiences are you referring to? The only one I can call weird is the one night that I'm pretty sure I got out of my body, I saw some things like a blue night lamp that my mom had in her bag (she bought it that day because my grandpa would sleep on the couch) and she turned it on when I was already asleep so it was impossible for me to know about it. Also my grandpa was awake when I was out of my body and I was talking to him but he didn't see/hear me. Next day I asked him and he said he didn't saw me or the door of my room open at all 😱. I could see myself sleeping but I actually wasn't breathing. When I returned to my body I woke up coughing hard and struggling for air.
Another one kind of weird is when I felt an evil/demon like presence staring me from the corner of my room while I was sleeping. I kind of saw his form but it was completely dark, I felt his present intensely, I woke up and saw him and then fall asleep again, oddly I didn't feel scared. I don't know if it was a vision or a dream in a dream nor its meaning.

Whenever I find someone annoying or bad or like I can't trust that person, whenever smth feels wrong no matter how nice the person seems to behave in the end my intuition is proved accurate. Whenever I feel very attractwd to one person not just romantically but also mentally or emotionally on a friendly level, it seems to be the right person. Moon conjunct Pluto in Scorpio?? 😍 Lucky girl! It's my favorite Moon sign and that's my favorite Moon aspect. I love it when others can read me and I miss it a lot, it makes things so much easier. My mom is always off with my moods and everything else, it's like we are strangers. I mean no matter how much your intuition sucks after living with someone for almost 3 decades you should be able to mentally understand basic things about them.

When I was with my exes I sometimes dreamed about them when something happened to them. Once my ex was going through a bad time and I dreamt of him sitting at a busstop looking sad and lost. I didn't know anything beforehand. Another time I dreamt of another ex having a new gf (we had broken up for 6 months to a year with no contact). When I checked later he indeed just started dating someone. He thought someone told me or I saw him and was shocked how I knew. There were also times (when we were still tog) I saw something he had and I knew some gal had given it to him. There was no way I could have known otherwise...and I was right, it was from a gal who liked him. I didn't know of her existence prior. Come to think of it, it was always some warning signs I would pick up on.

With my current guy, I had mixed feelings when we first met. While I felt an incredibly strong attraction towards him (which I've never felt before with anyone else), I also knew he was gonna hurt me deeply...yet I also felt his kindness and that his hurting me would also hurt him. I was right. There were some other flashes which are too long to describe them here.

My guy said that I am very quick to pick up on things. I glance at something and pick it up, e.g. I saw a name on his phone and knew immediately that was his ex. He was surprised as how did I know her name? 🤷🏻‍♀️

For as long as I can remember I have been intuitive/naturally psychic, but am just learning to embrace it. However, I can say with confidence that my inuition NEVER steers me wrong. It is when I don't trust it, that gets me into trouble. It is just through sooo many experiences that I finally said, "nope your not crazy, just psychic" lol. It was like I needed years of proof to actually believe in my psychic-ness. Still freaks me out at times!
Anyway, this is how it manifests:
Dreams/nightmares of future events such as pregnancies,deaths,major changes of friends and family members

Picking up on other's vibe. Just as some others have mentioned, I get a shaky "Danger" feeling around really shady people. I pick up on sickness/disease and sadness/depression, I just can feel when a soul is hurting.

Thoughts/people just popping in my head at random times, and then that person texts or whatever I was thinking then happens, this is small scale stuff usually.

Hubby and I are telepathic and often think things at the same time, but we both are exactly conjunct 1 deg Aquarius's, and we have 12th house moon composite.

What I usually pick up from people is their emotions, like if they have bad intentions or are depressed/sad/angry or simply a bad person. I remember 3 years ago I told my bestie that her boyfriend gave me bad vibes (still does). This is even though I hardly knew him. Met him not more than 5x. She didn’t believe me back then and continued to date him but over time what I said started to show... he became emotionally unstable, manipulative, cold and suspicious. I think he also sensed something about me as he keeps trying to make my bestie hate me and keep her away from me. He’s still doing that but without success as my bestie now knows what kinda person he is...the unfortunate thing is she’s still with him! The funny thing is someone said they had a nice composite. 🤷🏻‍♀️

I have a stellium in Pisces, and another stellium in the 12th house (Moon, Uranus, Neptune, Jupiter) which supposedly enough for psychic abilities but I just don't believe myself to be a psychic really. Or maybe I don't get the benefits of it because my 12th house stellium is in Aquarius.

Im not completely sure about this whole intuition thing or how to follow it. I feel like I do, but it's sooo hard for me to distinguish because my mind is my worst enemy. I was diagnosed with OCD and it's so wicked that my mind is mostly consumed with fears that I can't distinguish from my illness or intuition. I often gravitate to things that feels right for me in the moment, but Im not sure if that's my fear driving me or if it's my intuition. My worries are strong that it's often hard for me to focus on anything else. 24/7 that's my mind. I hate it. Because I also can't get in touch with what really matters anymore.

Ive often found my worries do manifest in real life though. And that in itself makes it scary because Im even more afraid to think of bad things because it always seems to be attracted to me when I think of it. Things I focus on or fear the most are what I attract. I dont know if it's my intuition or if it's law of attraction or even just coincidence.

This happened so often to me in high school. I'll tell you guys a small story just because I haven't talked much about it, and I don't like talking about it. But when I was in high school there was one person in my school who made me uncomfortable. So I did what I could to avoid them. But the more I tried to avoid them the more often they showed up out of nowhere. At school I would think "I hope I don't run into them" and then what happens? I do. And at one point I was with my friend and prayed they wouldn't come near us, but they knew my friend and approached us. They tried to give me a hug but I was uncomfortable and rejected.
I had that person in my 5th period Spanish 2 class. The following school year I took Spanish 3, I saw I had it the same period and teacher from my previous Spanish class. So because I wanted to avoid the possibility of having another class with them I deliberately asked for another class, one I thought they didn't seem like they would take, which was ceramics class. Silly I know to assume, but that's what I guessed.
That school year I was nervous going to every class, praying they wouldn't be in my class, and relieved when they weren't. 5th period ceramics comes and who is in that class? The person I was avoiding. I couldn't believe the coincidence. I was really shocked and nervous. They also sat right across from me in that class. I asked to change that class.
Even outside of school, my obsessive mind couldn't stop worrying about accidentally running into them.
I go to a costume shop with my mom and sister, and who's at the store, that person I was avoiding again. At that point I was filled with anxiety. I

Small things like this have happened to me often. It's like the opposite of something I don't want to happen, happens.

When Im out and around others thoughts plague my head and I hate it. I know it's most likely due to OCD but it's overwhelming sometimes that it's hard for me to ignore it.
The worst possible things come about. Like I assume what other people are thinking or worry about them thinking a thought I hope they aren't.
Sometimes I was correct but all it makes me feel is like the devil is playing games with me seriously lol like Im afraid of what my thoughts could manifest.

It might be irrational. I can see the law of attraction might be to blame. I can't say it's my intuition, because a lot of my encounters are more negative . Sometimes positive.

So basically, because of this awful mentality I can't decipher what is intuition and what is just obsessive fear. A lot of it is irrational and hopefully just my mind coming up with the worst possible scenarios based on reality. So when my mind is so focused on the worst it's hard for me to see anything else very clearly. If anything the 12th house is a curse rather than a Psychic gift.
