Topic: If my son is a Pisces Moon what does that say about his mother?

I had a baby this year, a triple Pisces! Sun, Moon, and Venus in Pisces all conjunct Neptune!Most readings say that the Pisces Moon person was raised in confusion, their mother was a martyr or victim, or addict. Lol I don’t want none of those things for my child. Help! IP: Logged |

What aspects does his Moon have? That would say a lot too. Pisces alone could maybe tell something about a very kind mum, sensitive and understanding. Possibly not a lot of rules and limits. But this isn’t saying so much directly about who you are, more the influence he getsIP: Logged |

OP, is the piscean element strong in your chart? Your baby has a beautiful stellium. He can be very compassionate, very spiritual, very enlightened. He can be a mystic. He can also be very prone to addiction and suffering. He could make a fantastic actor or filmmaker. I am Pisces rising and my stepson had Pisces moon conjunct my ascendant so did my ex husband. My son's bio mom had addiction issues. I don't have information on her chart. About you: You are the only one who can answer this question: are you very spiritual? Are you prone to addiction, whether it is chemical substances or foods, or relationships? Do you tend to play the victim. Are you in an abusive relationship. Are you very compassionate? You can decide which aspects of yourself you want to activate when you are dealing with your son, as long as it is genuine and not forced. IP: Logged |

I have moon in pisces, my mother is a doctor and very spiritual and religious, my ex has moon in pisces and her mother is spiritual and also a doctor back in cuba but in miami a dental assistant I believe. I think it can indicate a relationship that is a bit enmeshed, potential issues with boundaries. Is normal for a baby to see their mother as an extension of themselves but as they get older let them form their own identity and don't try to shape them into you. Regardless, both my ex and I have great mothers who truly care about us but no relationship is perfect. I am grateful for my mother. Neither of our mothers were drug addicts but my mother I feel is addicted to religion and self medicates her anxiety with it but she is also genuinely a spiritual person, never used drugs of any kind.I am sure you will be an excellent mother, despite our conflicts I think my mother is truly a great mother. Hi, Regarding your subject title. I would not say a child’s Moon itself represents their mother, as you could have other children .. all with different moons.. where would that leave you? 
Moon •aspects• are more helpful, so between the child’s Moon and their other planets. This could give some hints about the relationship with their mother/nurturer. I would not focus on only one aspect to the Moon, though. There may be other grounding influences in both of your natal charts.
Also, one could consider aspects the dwarf planet Ceres makes to other planets. Possibly Juno as well. Then, the following link would be a good read for you,

I was thinking about this. I don't think the Moon sign, in many cases, does not show the nature of the mother. I think in the case of Capricorn it does. That may not make sense but I do think the ASPECTS to the Moon show the nature of the mother. I think the Moon sign shows the heart of the person. Just some of my thoughts------------------

Excellent point, Viviette! Perhaps the moon represents not the mother but how one views the mother. I come from a family of many children, and with my Libra moon, I viewed my mom as beautiful, classy and very diplomatic. IP: Logged |

Every human being has many aspects to their personality, many parts and different sides and the moon of each child is a very personal thing but it does also describes the relationship with the mother and aspects of the mother.For example with my brother who has MOON in TAURUS conjunct MARS in TAURUS, I feel my mother dominates him and he never left home and is in his late 40s now, this aspect shows over dependence on her and her domineering personality getting in the way of him developing his autonomy fully, him wanting to be independent but also feeling comfortable enough that he wont truly do what is necessary to make that happen. My moon in pisces describes how I feel my relationship with my mother was enmeshed growing up, and she is extremely religious, I am not dreaming this up, is a fact big time so my moon is describing a big part of who she is even though is not showing up for my siblings on their moon. My sister with moon in scorpio describes the part of my mother that is controlling, obsessive, driven and pushy. So all three moons tell a story about my mother and also about ourselves, after all we came out of them and will have things in common with them which may manifest a bit different bc of individual variation and free will.
