I think of any placement in the sign of Cancer as "food for the soul". Whereas when it's in Taurus, it's "food for security".So when in the 9th house,every single day you feel like you have to learn something and and advance your knowledge. Knowledge feeds your soul. And you are always hungry for more. With Venus there, you could really enjoy learning or find opportunities easily in higher education or places of learning? Maybe you find it easy to get a mentor or become a teacher's pet? Opportunities for travel in expanding your knowledge base may come easy for you? This placement may even suggest that you fall in love or form a romantic (and often deep relationship) with someone of a foreign country, foreign culture or foreign language? When you get into a relationship, you tend to learn a lot more about yourself or else learn more about your feelings in relation to other people.
