I've been an emotional wreak for a long time now.

I'm starting to think it's Chiron on my ASC (sextile) I feel like I am wearing my pain and burdens on my sleeve. I can't go on like this.

I have a new record for crying at work.

My first year I cried once when grandma died

My second year my boss followed me around and obsessed over me and was just mean. I dropped my whole foods salad during a meeting and that did it for me.

Last year zero

This year twice in the same month.

I feel so deprived of joy, and anything that benefits my mental health.

I think I am going to do some emergency law of attraction.

There are different components or waves to solar events that happen at different times. There is the immediate blast we can feel within 8 minutes or so of the event, and then the heavier, denser energies arrive a couple to few days after, which also have an effect (which tends to be a bit longer in duration).

With the recent X1 flare/CME that was earth directed, the latter heavier, denser energy hasn't quite arrived to earth yet. But should be soon in a few hours to half a day from current time.

Hmmm supposedly people with prominent Uranus, Aquarius, and Taurus (because transit Uranus is currently in Taurus) are the most susceptible to solar flares. I'd also venture to say even strong Leo/strongly placed Suns would also feel these effects.

I think that having positive experiences with solar flares could be likely! Maybe if people have been particularly energized/happy throughout October, that would be an indication they do well with this energy?

I guess I might be even enjoying them, maybe I use my energy and that of the Sun
- which are not devided actually, but one, as all energy is - in a certain way ?
I have the feeling, that you can let all energy there is flow through you.
The energy of all is love, it flows through you and out of you, you can increase it with your heart and channel it to all beings, to the whole existence.
The Sun is love, Christ and some very high angels radiate love from there to the earth, to us.
So that little bit more than usual from the Sun only makes the flow stronger, even better...😁

I'm saying this here, because it might be helpful, I hope...
I don't know much about the scientific part though, so I might be partly wrong, and I was not always able to let the energy flow like that...

Decided to have some whey, a couple scoops this morning and yesterday as well, it has kept me sharper but most of all curbed my hunger. I had a bad habit of snacking on junk food during the day but protein keeps you full.
