and I agree completely, in average circumstances...which these are not in this case in my oppinion.

I don't know if you saw that a mother here lost her daughter very suddenly, without being able to say goodbye, just around middle of August or beginning of September.
So that will be her first Christmas without her daughter...they were very close, she's devestated...
Being a mother and loosing your child is the biggest pain there is in the world, I guess...😔

pain is purely subjective. nobodys deepest pain should be considered average and there is no hierarchy or gauge on which trauma is more painful. i have lost a lot of loved ones and have ptsd from other experiences so i do understand the extra pain from triggers, but putting rules on others to cater to someones triggers is something i just dont agree with.

I was just asking and suggesting something,
using the word 'maybe' twice, 'shouldn't' in a question and 'could' and '(?)'
I tried hard not to be putting any rules...
But you could't see my emotions ofcourse.

But I do feel very strongly from out my heart, that somebody has to be protected here
in this very special situation (my Mars in Leo holding up a shield in front of her). 🦁🛡️

Maybe I'm wrong, 🤷 but that's what my heart beat lets me feel.

Meaning, it can change some depending. There are no hard and fast rules of best behavior that apply to all, the exact same, all the time, but if the intention is to to consider others, to help others, then at least one's karma and conscience is clear. Fire energy often seeks to rip the band aid off, while Water energy seeks to soothe the wound, Earth is kind of in the middle of these or sits back and does nothing, thinking, "they will handle it on their own in their own time", and Air tries to lift up the perception to a higher/more expanded one. They all have their place, at different times.

Yes the holidays were very rough.
I’m not on much. Just trying to keep my head up.

I’m not in any way offended if someone needs to have this topic. Especially if they or someone close to them is going through it. .
I also would like to know the transits or what to look for. Honestly I can’t see anything in my chart that really shows it, but I guess I’m missing it.
I do have T Pluto on my natal NN. 🤷🏼‍♀️.

If anyone to chime in what transit to look for. I will gladly look.

I know sleeping can be a problem when you are depressed.
Do you take magnesium ? That can help you to sleep and to relax your nervous system.
Don't know if it helps sufficiantly in this situation, but maybe a bit...

Also healthy food, vitamins, other minerals...

Maybe because you're re-living this day over and over you could think about grieving therapy (?)

But maybe you hear all kinds of advice all the time and you know that already.
