My ex has Mars in Aries conjunct Chiron in his 4th, opposite Uranus and more widely, Pluto. He was violent, but never towards another person or living being. He had a temper and would break things, especially items of great personal significance, but only his own property, never others'. He had extremely violent thoughts. But he also grew up in a civil war with a violent father and was abused, etc.

My belief is that such placements may give the POTENTIAL for violent or aggressive behavior, but if the environment or trauma triggers don't draw it out in some way then it doesn't occur.

My double Pisces mother, on the other hand, had nothing in Aries but her north node (conjunct my moon/Venus), and she was extremely violent and temperamental. Like MoonMystic, teasel, Ami Anne, and others have pointed out, it's not so cut and dry.

But females with Aries Moons and water sun signs (especially Scorpio and Cancer) have me wanting to run the other way! The Cancer I know can be so overbearing. And the Scorpio is way too competitive over nothing and hostile towards me.

One of my good friends has Aries Venus. She confessed to me that she likes to do the chasing when it comes to love interests.
