@LaceyLeighSorry for the late response. Have you checked declinations between Pluto and Venus? Maybe even Moon and Pluto? There could be additional aspects hidden there that highlight these trais within you. This despite the longitudinal aspects being too wide.
Now 1stly, this aspect doesn't necessarily need to be "overcome". It is more the reaction of others that is challenging, but you cannot control other's response to you. It's a default mechanism on their end.
Plu on Ven is changing your ideas on what the Ven related themes are to you. Crushing old definitions and sometimes even ALL definitions, to replace those with something more authentic and consistently resounding with intuitive experience within.
It will be difficult for the media to continue its stronghold on you and have you fall for what their definitions of Venus issues are. In other words, you'll be less susceptible to suggestions or innuendos. This whether pertaining to beauty, clothes, self esteem, attraction and money etc. All Venus related areas.
Whilst this process of destruction of the "old order" is happening, it is painful. And that could be because of psychological attachment to all of that. So the process of destruction will be slow and thorough. Probably stretching out in duration throughout one's life. This to a point where you reach a level of feeling complete apathy for the things of Ven. And perhaps that's the point?
When you have been crushed enough and the whole attachment to the old order has been reduced, your indifference causes unconscious detachment. Gets you to that "unfeeling" and even "despondent " state. Similar to the "hitting rock bottom is sometimes the only way to go up."
We often see this in terms of heartbreak, despair and pain. That at the peak of our pain, relief shows up. Just when you have given up on love. It knocks on your door. When you are certain that your life is over, you find an unexpected new beginning.
From this state of despondency, a chance of new building structures erected and a new world is ushered in. Why? Because there is less resistance and sticking with ego attachment to "what was".
So during the destructive phase,your perspectives on the Venus themes in your life will completely change and your definition will completely alter.
So yes,this will affect self worth(Ven). You may feel crushed and then built new. Your stance on relationships with women and the divine feminine within(Ven) will be dismembered and then constructed from scratch.
It has likely started from birth ( for those with Ven-Plu) and the process of change is often slow but it is happening. And as the years pass, evolution moves from a deeply unconscious level to manifest consciously I.e your life energies are directed towards constructing your own opinion of what Ven is to you.
Part of this process however (and unfortunately) will mean having to go through the "fire" I.e. the condemnation of many others who(like sheep) follow the hollow narrative of what Venus represents and are unconsciously always under manipulation to accept a definition devoid of their own experience.
They will "hate" you for being you and not being conformed. But in actuality, the hatred is more like envy. Envy for your unfolding liberation. And resentment for their own continued bondage which(to add to the frustration) they cannot pin-point to any conscious source other than knowing that they feel "trapped" by this constant need to conform to social etiquette and standards of relations (Ven).
