You somewhat remind me of this Sag/Cancer that I dated. His Venus was also in Scorpio and our Moons were conjunct. He *knew* when I was making an accurate point but often still wanted to debate me. Lol. Other times, he doted on me and would express great admiration for the person that I was. So in true "opposites" fashion... he loved & hated my Taurus Venus at the same time! 🙂 He was sometimes accepting, other times intolerant.

Whereas I was much more consistent in how I presented myself & interacted with others. Whether people "liked" it or not.

Yes. She has the T-square of Moon in Lib opp Merc in Aries sqaure Mars in Cap.

The square and opp to Moon of Mars and Mercury respectively, will make the Moon defensive and feel "attacked". It is easily triggered.

I recall watching an interview where she was irritable because people were moving around in the background whilst the journalist was asking questions.

I actually like debating. But not necessarily for its own ends. I also want clarity that perhaps there is somethimg that (at first blush) I took to be one thing. But it is actually something else 🤷🏿‍♂️

I have a Venus in Taurus friend with his Venus and Moon in Cap opp my Ven and Moon. And we get into long debates where we end up agreeing to disagree.

We also have Mars opp Sun double whammy I.e my Mars in Lib opp his Sun in Aries. His Mars in Can opp my Sun in Sag(out of sign). So we can agree on many things. But when we don't agree, we really feel that neither one of us sees the other's point of view.

And yes. Venus in Sco(like Ven in Ari) by virtue of being on a planet that is antithetical to its ruler (Mars), can swing between acceptance and intolerance even without the opposition.Even Mars in Libra(and Mars in Tau) can be this way.

Does your Mom have Sat/Ura in aspect to her Moon? Or a Cap planet in opposition to it?

Maybe you have Moon in the 12th house? Or Moon in aspect Ura/Sat? Or in 4th/8th?

I know 2; LibSun/Sco Venus is an ex of mine. He however had Cap Moon/Leo Mars and ( I strongly suspect) Taurus Ascending.

He was very laid back. This to a point of seeming apathetic. Didn't have much energy-hence I suspect Taurus rising.

There was (however) some animosity on the home front. He was to a large extent estranged from his family(Mars in Leo in 4th). And so I got the idea that this motivated him to be dislocated from his feelings as well(add to THAT Cap Moon).

I find the Mars/Ven mix to be (as I stipulated earlier)a back/forth or high/low because of the extreme polar opposite energies involved.

So with Ven-Sco,one is likely to attract those that represent Venus in Sco- hot natured (because of Mars ruling Ven). Or be the type who projects these qualities on to a partner.

Are they the type to attract "crazy" and not know why? My ex thought I was "intense". Maybe because he was so laid back. So I was the "fire"🤷🏿‍♂️.

We unfortunately abruptly ended things( his fault). He decided to ghost me. It hurt like a mother f****. Mars was transiting the 7th conj natal Mars. Mars contra-parallel 7th too and Uranus is contra parallel natal Mars conj 7th. That was a sure sign.

I don't think I loved him. We were not fiercely compatible.But I was just in a vulnerable state and he aggravated the wound.

The 2nd one is a friend of mine.He is Lib Sun/Moon in Leo,Aqua Asc with Venus in Sco. He is similar. Stays away from "hot" emotions or expressing them (it could be the Aqua Asc and projected Moon IN Leo in house 7 too).

He has been single for as long as I can remember. Maybe because of Sun(ruler of 7th) in its "fall" sign of Lib and in the 8th house? It also squares Neptune. So there is distance between he and "partnerships"(7th).

In both, I notice reluctance to act on/acknowledge "hot" feelings.They seem to always want to intellectualize them and detach-rather than feel.

I do get that (I have Asc in Aries after all) and so it makes long-term bonding unlikely. So we are mostly friendly but distant.

The Lib/Scorp I'm talking to has Cap Mars & Gemini ASC. So he's far from apathetic or lazy. Thank goodness! But he definitely can be unnerved by "hot" emotions, as you said. Add to that, his (otherwise juicy) Scorpio Venus sits in the 6H - and I find that Virgo Influence often waters down the passion. So ugh lol
