For me it�s Pisces and Capricorn i don�t understand how these two fit. Pisces is so otherworldly, sensitive, artistic and spiritual while Caps are all business with their feet on the ground.

Aquarius and Libra. These two seem so different i really don�t get why these two are seen as compatible at all. Libras loves fashion, decor and beauty and is a bit more on the traditional side while Aquarius is all into Aliens and anything unusual. Is it because they are ��social�� signs?

Scorpios with any of the Earth signs. Not only are they so passionate and intense but they also want these traits in others esp if you have Moon, Venus or Mars in this Sign and i feel Earth signs are not that passionate nor intense and they can also be embarressed by people that express strong emotions.

Leo and Gemini. Leo loves attention and Gemini is too busy following the wind.

Leo and Sagittarius. Sags are outdoorsy people and can probably spend months in the jungle or camping somewhere and they love their space. While Leo can be high maintenance.

Aries and Aquarius. Really ? I don�t get it

Fun topic!

As a Venus Pisces I was with a Capricorn Venus for two years. I've read that this Venus sign will only show you off at work if they actually love you. This Venus Cap guy would not introduce me if we ran into his coworkers in public. He would have an excuse about it later. Didn't take me to the Marine Core Ball, but took the person after me.
My sister in law has Capricorn Venus, I think she see's me as an annoying Disney Princess that is "stealing her thunder"

I'm an Aquarius Mars. I've had some good Libra Mars people. We seem to like similar activities. All the ones I know and get along with, we like to go shooting for Target practice. Yeah Libra Mars they kind of like to stick to a main look more. I get it, but I really think my Aqua mars plays into my fashion sense of wanting to keep people on their toes. I will feel too boxed in if I only wear leggings and jeans. I like a bit of an edge to my style, but I also like frilly things. My sister describes my fashion as "grunge fairy." They don't take as many fashion risks, but they are never bothered by what I wear, even if they would never wear it in a million years. They don't project on me like other people can for dressing "different" We seem to appreciate each other's sense of humor. They are fun in group settings, or just be super clique with each other.

As a Scorpio moon I am so drawn to them, because they have such emotional grounding that I do not know or understand. lol I enjoy their humor style too. I always feel the magnetic pull of a Taurus moon. Yeah earth is tricky... some are secret freaks, while other's are totally vanilla. Or will be freaky in one area and vanilla somewhere else. All of my serious relationships have been with all 3 earth Venus signs.

My husband has Sagittarius IC and I have Leo IC. Best travelling I've ever experienced in a relationship. I also have Sagittarius DC. Yeah I like camping, but I'm going to be a happy camper. I will pack an outfit for each day. I will bring a few hair accessories, a bit of make up. I mean we are going to take pictures. I will bring perfume, jewelry. I prefer my natural essential oils to keep bugs away for hikes.
I have packed cocktail dresses when I was traveling with him where he is working for nice dates to restaurants. I have had fits about packing everything in a backpack to visit him when we were long distance and I would fly.
He calls me high maintenance, I call him low effort. He seriously wanted to pay for a flight for me, where I would go from Detroit, to FL and sit around for 6 hours then go to KS where he was working. We are no where near the poverty line so I was rightfully upset that he thinks that is my self worth as his fiancé. But guess what, his boss tried to give him a flight like that, and he complained. Just another reminder that my husband only cares about what is impacting him and no body else, not even his wife.

So by Sun signs, the following can (according to their degree position) have an agreeable relationship.

Tau & Leo are parallel.
Aqua & Sco are parallel .
Cap & Sag are parallel.
Cancer & Gem are parallel.
Aries and Virgo are parallel.
Libra & Pisces are parallel.

I also think that gay/lesbian relationships work out differently. And that sometimes in straight ones, the female Sun sign matters and can be a game changer.

I have said it before and I keep on getting confirmation that Sag women really prefer water & earth sign men. Top of the list is Cancer and Taurus men. And I have also met so many Sag women who are married to a Virgo or Pisces man. It's ridiculous.

And yes, Scorpio and Gemini is one I see often too. But I often see female Scorpio with Gemini male. Not the other way around. I don't find it odd.

Leo and Sag is tricky ime. As a Sag, I connect with some Leos. But that's because those Leos can be intellectual. And those are super adorable. With Aqua Suns however, it's consistently effortless. We just click. Maybe because I feel like I can say whatever I want

In gay(male-male) relationships, the squares are frequent I.e Leo with Sco or Gemini with Pisces etc. I am not seeing clear patterns with lesbian relationships though🤔

The "odd" couple for me would be Gemini and Cap of whatever orientation. These two are so antithetical ime, I am amazed to run into ones that work 🤷🏿‍♂️

What we're talking about with people of differing signs are degrees of easy compatibility -- and willingness to bend and meet halfway. Most human beings struggle with that at times.

Compatibility of a close relational or intimate sort is seen more in the percentage of positive, relationship supporting aspects (of synastry). Look for a majority of those without a lot of heavy difficult aspects among the minority of challenging ones.

Great observation 👍 Haha i actually think Sags and Aquarius are one of the best matches around since they both are freedom loving, open-minded and like to engage in intellectual debates. I agree Caps and Gemini is a VERY odd mix haha.

Gemini + Taurus is another combo I see alot.

In both cases I think it's because the Earth sign keeps the Gemini stable.

From my experience there's a level of consistency and reliability I can expect from a Taurus female.

Nothing is sweeter then receiving cup cakes and freshly baked goodies from a Taurus, that really made my day better.

I'd also like to reverse this a little bit too, my sun and venus are in Taurus, my sister's sun, venus, and mercury are in Aquarius and these two signs usually don't have much common ground (we are literally night and day) the way our charts influence each other works very well. We've had our share of knock out fights but we really do understand each other on a very very deep level. In declinations we have sun contra parallel sun and my Saturn is on her sn and our synastry is full of squares, literally all the squares. We've lived together mostly peacefully as adults (I mean by choice) for many years.

People are like onions, they have layers. This matches with the fact that people usually several different sign placements in their birth chart. If their Sun signs aren�t an easy match there could be a compatible Moon or Venus sign. I think that�s why people sometimes can be a good match with the sign next to their Sun sign. Venus is never far away from the Sun but could be in a neighboring sign. Maybe these old Lindaland topics are an interesting read:

I�m not talking about Sun signs but about the Signs i�m just not gonna write down every placement everytime i want to talk about something. Actually alot of my experiences has been between Moon signs or Venus signs when it comes to the signs and i as a Water moon like the stabilizing influence an Earth moon can have but they need to have SOMETHING in their chart that is a bit more passionate or else a lot can be too much about work, non passionate interactions and just bland. Even their maturity can be a bit off putting. And like Aries23 said it really depends what your orientation is and Venus and Moon for all of us represent the types of women we tend to have in our life and i as a Straight female i�m talking from my experience with Straight males and those that have had their Moon or Venus in Scorpio have been drawn to women that are a bit more on the passionate intense side not even Pisces influenced people can keep up with these men unless they have something more ��spicier�� in their charts if not they become too passive for them.

Yes! My mom's Capricorn moon dry sarcasm! My Virgo Moon friend has the best 8!tch humor. Taurus Moon can get me to laugh at the most surreal stuff, maybe it's because their moon is in my 12th house.

That's so interesting hearing about the LGBT synastry observations. On the other side of my divorce, I am considering coming out as like poly or a swinger or something. Women relationships can be so weird. While a lot of women can enjoy time, company, gossip. There can be such an element of competition there, and wanting to compare to that person too much. Maybe it's getting older IDK. But the rare female friendships that lack that completive edge and overall just mainly support. I'm not use to it. It's like are we gay for each other or something? But I think it's just sorta rare for me to feel like I can my guard down around supportive women. I see other straight women be more affectionate, but are straight. I'm just not very use to it. BUT I will say it's super weird when other women get possessive of their friends. Like they get all mean with a tone like "eww don't talk to her" It does kind of make me think, are they secretly gay for them? Why are they like wanting to shut her down talking to me? I think part of it is some women do have such a hard time of maintaining female friendships, and can feel threatened by seeing their close female friend clicking with another. One of my friends who I feel safe around can get a bit this way with me. Sort of flattered, but kinda like woah does anyone else think this is weird? lol But I'm not worried I know we both like c0ck too much. She is a great wing woman too. teehee.

A lot of women who are not into competing with other women seem to be openly bi. Is it just me?

One girl I know who is bi. I think she likes me. We can be affectionate but I don't want to lead her on. I was starting to get subtle aggressive vibes. I think my Venus sign squares her Sun sign. But then we also totally click well in general with my rising conjunct her sun.

I think this is where the key is, our personal experiences are very different. Maybe I�m a bit �spicier� than the average Taurus, but Scorpio placements are usually very drawn to me. Both genders, romantic and platonic. And it�s mutual, I have my north node in Scorpio so I know there�s a lot they can teach me even if it�s sometimes uncomfortable. As an Earth dominant, I�m obviously not very put off by the typical Earth sign traits, the people around me are probably more aware. I doubt that they would say I�m not �passionate� enough, �stubborn� would probably be their biggest issue with me. And they wouldn�t be wrong. 😂

I agree with Kannon that there is compatibility between all signs and some combinations are just a bit more difficult to navigate. From my own experiences it�s Leo placements that are tricky. I think it�s my Virgo Moon that has most trouble with some of the typical Leo traits, they can be so loud and in your face. Stop distracting me, I need to get things done! Why are you in my way? I always have to resist the urge to roll my eyes at them because I don�t want to be rude about it, but sometimes I can�t help myself.🤣

People with both Leo and Virgo strong in their natal chart must have a difficult time integrating these contradicting energies. �Look at me! Gloriously failing to do anything right!� Satisfying both your urge to be seen and your inner critic, seems close to impossible. They would probably make great sarcastic comedians though.
