Uranus has been transiting his 7th house for a while now. And Saturn will be transiting his 5th house in February.

Yes, he's insecure and kept asking me if I had an orgasm after we had sex. He even wanted to know exactly when it happened. I asked him why he was asking me this. He said it's because he knows some women fake it. I told him I wasn't faking it and that I enjoyed it. And when I told him he was good in bed. He told me I was just saying that. So I told him he wasn't attracted to me and that he was into a different type of woman. We haven't talked since and I'm not sure if we will. He made it seem like I was lying when I told him I enjoyed it. He waited to act insecure months after we had sex I don't get it. I mean I get he maybe insecure because he has diabetes and sometimes that can cause issues during sex. But I've never complained about the sex being bad.
