The amount of hate that is being offered on the net is enormous. Everything is focused on the “other” whose behavior somehow is a threat to them. But the more they scream and are offended by other people’s personal choices, the more issues they have inside. It’s all a distraction. They are in mental pain and it’s easier to project that and focus on someone else than to work on your own problems.

As a subordinate or a part of a team, I might come across as standoffish sometimes if surrounding is not the right and I’m being treated unfairly. But If I rule I could be pretty generous, and kind, and fair. I take time to explain the issues and try to communicate and solve problems. And I see the big picture.
And that gets me more frustrated when somebody in authority cannot adequately communicate the demands and rules, but blames everybody else for their faults.
