My IC is at 3 something Aqua and I have a stellium in Leo. I had the Pluto square 8 years ago, follows by Pluto opposite Sun conjunct Jupiter. Pluto is what it is. Your life is going to be turned upside down but when it happens, you will be too busy (I mean emotionally distressed) to look up the astrology, no matter how well-versed in it you are. For you peeps with planets in the mid degrees and beyond, sweating over Pluto now is like worrying about whether we will plummet into another ice age next week. I’m sorry but it’s true. Right now Pluto is trine my NN. I have many interactions with people who put their there by synastry. Yes. The transformation is possible…after you’ve been burnt down to nothing repeatedly. FYI I’m also Scorpio rising so while I don’t own the market on Pluto interpretations, I am very familiar with its energy. I wouldn’t sweat it just yet if the hit is 5 years away. In that time, with everyone’s eyes on Pluto, some other outer could cause high jinks. IP: Logged |

It’s going to square my Scorpio Uranus/ascendant again, really soon. At the same time it squares my dad’s sun. I’ve dealt with so much Pluto, and am not looking forward to Uranus on my moon, Venus and south node, square mars. So, I’m trying not to think about it.I have mostly stopped looking up transits. Teasel, I understand, it can be overwhelming, and sometimes might cause unnecessary fear. However, I personally find the study of transits useful. 14° Aquarius is notorious point in my life, and had been conjuncted by Uranus and Neptune before. It creates a grand cross in my chart, and is very sensitive.
I once had a very distressing event (not to do with that degree), which I anticipated, not to the detail, but generally, from transits in my chart. While the event was painful, I felt that being ready for that unknown thing in advance helped me to be more calm during the situation, since, unless I have studied my stars, it would have come as a big surprise.
I am dealing with health issues that were triggered by 14° Aquarius. While there's still much time (8 years untill Pluto reaches that point), I can be prepared by analyzing what happened when Uranus and Neptune were on that point. I can do the hard work now of letting go as much as I can.
When Pluto conjuncted my ascendant, I was experiencing some kind of death, along with powerlessness. It lasted for several years. But I hardly felt it later when Pluto transited opposite my Venus, and now, when it is opposite my sun, I feel better equipped to deal with it, and I'm still learning a lot.IP: Logged |

It is a pet peeve of mines on here where people ask for a reading of their own charts and others hijack the thread and start talking about their chart. Like you can go ahead and start your own thread and talk about your chart....IP: Logged |

Looking at it though, it seems like Aquarius is opposite Leo and to understand the effect of Pluto, one must understand Aquarius? I wonder if how we get along with Aquarians in our life has any foreshadowing into how this transit will play out.Aqua may be opposite to Leo but at the same time, the two signs are compatible unlike Leo and Capricorn or Leo and Scorpio. I am starting to notice though that as Pluto gets closer to Aquarius, the people I see suffering are usually those of an incompatible sign with Aqua. I always wondered if that energy had anything to say. I have known quite a few Scorpios and Scorpio heavy charts get hit with some heavy dose of much needed karma. Not all Scorps though, some are thriving but I notice their inner planets are more in neighboring air or fire signs. IP: Logged |
