If your mother left the apartment to both of you then it sounds like you guys need to sit down and compromise. The situation isn't fair to you if you are uncomfortable and feeling put out/ isolated.

I think that’s what planet/ karmic lessons about. We get to put into a position where we have no choice, but to find ability to change or to be left behind.
Social pressure could be a trigger for changes, but it’s often hard to see when the social pressure is really leading us toward the good or taking us to the wrong direction.

Another fun thing: transit saturn is squaring my 12th house sun( as all Leos this year 2025) and with the energy of my sister's pluto squatting firmly on top that sun, it's a really fun ride.I sound flippant but am really going through the wringer and relying on my spritual practices, community support and resting when I can ( slow, steady, slog work).Thank you all for your answers.

Boy have I been there. The only option is to move out. If you can't move out, you will have to put your foot down and hopefully she won't kick you out herself. It's like you are stuck between a rock and a wall. You're stuck in this situation.. but you HAVE to do something about it. As a Scorpio stellium with Saturn ruling my MC and squaring my stellium, the only way to deal with our type is by returning the same energy. Stand up to her. Make it clear she is making you upset. You don't have to be as cruel as your sister in delivery though (unless you want to, of course .

Scorpio and Capricorn respect authority. Your sister might resent you for it depending on her "maturity level", but at least you will be able to breathe and move around comfortably in your own space. Because that apartment is just as much yours as it is hers. So what it's in her name. You two are sisters and your mother left it to you both. I know sometimes family isn't really family so maybe you will just have to start looking for other options. Staying put as you are is only benefiting your sister and hurting you. Do not kill your voice just to remain comfortable or to keep the peace.

It also shows a possible strife with women and/ or the mother/ family/ women in the family. Bickering with women, arguing in the home, hostile emotional nature, etc Moon-mars square. Do you guys do anything ACTIVE together? Maybe go for a jog or a walk in the park a few times a week and discuss issues then?

But we would also need to consider your Moon-mars aspects, synastry moon-mercury-mars aspects, composite aspects, etc. There are just so many things to consider when discussing relationships and how to better navigate them.

Depends on which type, there's one type that will shout their mouths off.

I hope you didn't make any decisions until your feeling much better. The worst time to make any decisions is when your in a weakened state of mind.

I'd recover my mental health first and build my case.

Every minute you have an opportunity to get stronger while your sister gets weaker.

Part of me thinks that your nephew that's living with your sister is very much like your sister.

Overtime he'll drive your sister crazy now that she's living with him. Nothing is worst then having a younger version of you that can beat you at most things.

As soon as your sister is in a weakened mental state dealing with her son, that's when you should take back the apartment..and have built a sold case to get the apartment back under the guidance of a lawyer.

Also I know siblings do this, did you make any special arrangements regarding the apartment prior to your mother's passing?

I knew the downtown condo would become an issue with my Capricorn sister.

So I made a special arrangement with my parents (there still living) that was signed by a lawyer to prevent any issues down the road without my Capricorn sister. She gets the retirement farm instead.

Did you make any backroom deals your mother? I hope your sister didn't?

What you said is somewhat correct with my sister and her Scorpio moon.

She's been stressed raising her 3 kids, raising kids isn't cheap and she's got 3 of them.

Intuitively she knows she can turn to me when she needs help raising her 3 kids, raising kids isn't cheap today.
