ag would say - that would drive me crazy too, my shirts are organized by color and size and never ever hit the floor.

I only give that impression, and damn you if you move my stuff someplace illogical. I had an Aries roommate once who enjoyed tidying up the place. I would have to do the MOST out-of-the-box thinking to locate my stuff.

No, I'm a bit of a slob with my stuff. I do believe I could work with a program if I ever got together with someone like you, but I'm not the most likely to create such a program of tidiness myself. At least not at this point. I do appreciate a clean space. That's true. I even admire it. But it's not a top priority. I'm not a complete slob, though.

cpn you tosser ~

zala - would laugh
Yes, Zala did
However, Zala is also totally sympathetic
I’m not married to my nemesis, and I’m not a neatnik by any stretch of the imagination, but I morph into a cranky Libra crocodile at having to come home from work and pick up son’s CRAP strewn all over before I can walk thru the house to my room…..
It’s time for ME to start throwing things out into the front yard. Except some of them are things I WANT, in their proper places, like the spoons currently on the living room floor, the flashlight on the kitchen table with the bionicles (heaven knows what was going on there), the toothpaste tube on the sink, the kitty treats spilled all over the stove…..
**sigh**

Cpn_Edgar, your dilemma sounds somewhat Venus Virgo ... reminds me of my Venus Virgo ex-boyfriend actually (the one who would freak out every time I pulled a thread on one of his shirts LOL)
I'm afraid I'm a little more like your husband... kind of a slob myself
... but not to that extent where I am leaving so much laying around. I would confine it to my personal office most of the time, as a KEEP OUT to everyone. It was my own She-Cave

... which reminds me: Maybe he needs a man cave. He can have his own man cave and keep it as filthy (within reason) as he likes. You see anything you don't like, either toss it into the man cave... or outside if you're really keen on that

I always was a fairly good house wife I feel (cooked, did the laundry, the dishes, cleaned though not too much, admittedly. But I think I was more than okay... considering the additional perks I provided )... but toward the end of my marriage, my ex started to nitpick which REALLY pi$$ed me off. From day one he knew I was NOT a neat freak (like his mom). I mean, I have my slob room She-Cave, and that's my office. Outside that room, I was within reason.
But don't be telling me to clean if you're not contributing... I'm not your damn maid

One time we were at his parents' place and his mother was loading the dishwasher and he was like 'See how nicely my Mom arranges the dishwasher?' I didn't say anything, but was like oH hELL nO

Now he's living with his Mommy again and he can spend his Sundays admiring her as she loads the dishwasher

...Sorry, I really needed to get that out...

Yeah, I wouldn't take too kindly to that either.

AG, I always wondered why I was all nice and quiet when it happened. I feel like such a fool now... I got all mad and then wondered if I was being just paranoid. I should've just trusted my intuition (but it's hard to read when I'm furious, so I'm busy trying to calm myself down and not explode lol)

Yeah, I know what you mean. I'm often afraid of being too intense, too. Don't make me unleash my Moon conjunct Pluto! Actually, it's not unleashed very often. At least not in an explosive way. I almost certainly would have given him a b!tchy comment, though.

It doesn't matter how slow you are to join - what matters is that you just get it.

American Psycho is hilarious. Haven't seen it in years.

hey wait for me! i just caught up! after a break from laughing...

MVM you sound sooo like me. my virgo venus, merc and saturn are not enough to make me a neat freak! but i attract them. was your ex a cancer by any chance? HE also sounds like MY ex! whose mother was like an ambulatory vaccuum cleaner, running around picking up whatever anyone left behind and out of place, moaning all the way..."men are like children" she used to say "you have to keep ON them! but don't ever expect them to do it themselves!" he has a maid now! or i should say now he has money and his wife has a maid...

when he got upset with my "everything where i can SEE it" housekeeping, he would clean-sweep the place! it looked as good as a fresh hotel room, but i literally got knocked on the head by the things he stuffed in cupboards they had no business being in - i'd go to get plates and a bunch of miscellaneous junk would fall on me!

cpn - sounds like a plan! i had the coffer, but not the lock or $$$ elements! i would've said a week of finding his shirt soaked in the drippings from his beer(coke?) cans would cure him anyway...

Kat, your ex's stuffing random things in the cupboard (so that they can fall on you lol) sounds somewhat passive aggressive!

My ex is a Capricorn (with a Cappy stellium, Virgo Dcs) raised by a VERY neurotic Cancer mother. She was obsessed with cleaning and keeping everything PERFECT ALL THE TIME.

I remember when we were first getting serious, he would tell me that his mother was a complete freak about everyone eating in the kitchen (over the sink directly), if they weren't sitting RIGHT AT the dining table.
I started making him 5-course dinners in bed to break him of that habit, and I did, though he always felt 'guilty' doing it (according to him)... maybe like he was cheating on his mother ... *shakes head* ... UGH, remind me never to get involved with a guy who's too close to his mother. Last thing I need is a man with an Oedipus complex.

WOW DD!!! I'll be thinking of you!!! This is one huge moment!!!! Have fun and savour every micro second

cpn - funny I should read 'moon wobble' just as my partner yelled out to me 'moon watching'.

Then I was looking at a photo of the first moon print on google and at that same moment Mythbusters on tv showed that exact same photo! I had the same image in the room at 2 different angles at the same time!!!

Oh the synchronicity of it all - I'm sure the aliens have something to do with it
