My selfish wish is that I could get Lasik surgery on my eyes.
I hate wearing glasses, and I always lose or ruin my contacts.
I have actually ran over a pair of glasses that were supposed to be on my eyes while I was operating the motor vehicle in question.

So what do you wish for? Who knows maybe the wish fairies will hear us......

I dunno? I never heard of that! Should I just google 'free trials-lasik surgery?'

And I hope you get yours too.

if we all collectively wish for each others wishes maybe it will work!

Forget all this surgery. A few beers and a night of illicit sex with Christian Bale is more my thing. Or skip the beers. Or Bale, Sean Bean would be quite nice. Either of them will do, I'm not fussy.

I don't have any problems that $150,000 wouldn't cure
That would cover all my debt (including house).
No Bean/Bale, no surgery, no health wishes even -- just to get out from under all this debt, that's my dream.....

OK, really selfish personal (vs material) wish?? Someone to hold hands and watch this gorgeous sunset with -- someone who'd be a good male role-model for my boy.....

I see that bm got in first and claimed Bale. Damn! Well, I'll settle for Purefoy. If I must.......

Oh, and I wish that I wasn't stuck in this classroom with a bunch of lazy you know whats who want all the work done for them. No, scrap that. I wish that they would pull their fingers out and comprehend that team work means just that.

Lately, I wish I could enjoy LL. It may have to do with the Saturn/Uranus opposition that is conjunct and opposite my Moon.

That I could get BBHV (ie, BlueBell Homemade Vanilla) in the West. This is THE best ice cream I have ever tasted, and what I miss most about Texas (I understand it only gets sold in the South, but since the home office is in Texas, I'd think expanding their market to the West isn't asking so much...).

I sympathized with Bush when he had this ice cream specially flown out to him wherever he was at...

'Course I'm sure I could get all clever about my wish and all, but this is just off the top of my head.

Okay, wish fairies you heard them! Help us out!

CPN, I can grant your wish with my unending supply of prescription 800 mg ibuprofen.

Zala, would hold your hand at sunset, but I don't think I am what you had in mind....

Ag, come back to us and make it more interesting with your thoughts and ideas..

Those wanting sex with famous people, please report back if your wish comes true so we can figure out exactly how we did this.

Moonwitch, you are a gorgeous woman, I think you are blessed.

Starkiss, what am I gonna do with you, girl?

K, tomorrow is a new day, bring on some more wishes.....

When I read each one, I wished your wish for you, (except starkiss, you cant have a complete transplant, you wouldn't be starkiss!) So who knows, even if one came true that would be great.

So far, Cpn seems in the lead, we know her aches will go away with or without wish fairies......

I wish my mom's health problems would go away because it really gets to me. As her only child,I have responsibilities and obligations to be there for her and support her emotionally and financially. When I go see her, I find it to be very uncomfortable to be around her. Being around her is depressing.
I want to have my own family, wife, and children in the future.

I know that's being very selfish.

Of course, I just want her to be well for her sake too. I love her, but I admit that I do wish that she would get better for my sake as well.

I never knew my biological father nor his family, and I wish that I could find my paternal relatives that include a half sister and aunts. I am not sure if my grandmother is still alive.

My mom never knew her biological mother and half sister nor anybody else on her mother's side of family. I wish that I could find them. I did tried to find my mom's mother, half sister, and uncle, but I had no success.

Most of all, I wish that I could find my half brother for my mom. She was forced to put him up for adoption after she had him when she was 15.

My mother is currently searching for my older brother whom she gave up for adoption. It has been a years long process, yeilding no results so far.

I think the organization she is using is called, A.L.M.A. (I think)

The councelor she spoke with said something interesting..
She said that the percentage of males that search for their birth mothers in very low. They feel very loyal towards their adoptive mothers. In contrast, the percentage of women who search for their birth mothers is quite high.

Do you suppose we are women are generally more curious?
