If you're asking me for a response, I'd say I doubt we fully understand each other. For that matter, I'd say that if anyone "gets you" at first, that they really don't. I may be wrong on that, but I believe a lot of people just read what they want into something, and/or pretend to understand more than they do, and the one they respond to may actually believe they understand it because all they say is "I understand," without actually explaining it.

But I do appreciate the response.

However, I wasn't actually trying to say what you said was sinister. (Referring your "But I see where you misunderstood me and thought I was condoning something more sinister than I was.") I was more getting at how do you know whose truth is True? And you don't always answer questions, and you also define words weirdly sometimes (like your definition of "philosophy" isn't standard, not if you think it automatically entails rebellion against what many take for granted), so sometimes I have to second guess what you mean (ie, push for clarification), so I was offering "if you meant this/or if you meant that..."

I'd have probably responded...I thought about it...but this month has a lot of concerns. So just not in the cards. But yeah, I read it, and I do think I understand better what you're getting at, but I'm not in the mood for esoteric discussion right now, so I didn't. But I thought I might say something later, and not being sure, I just left it alone.

Thanks, Lyra.
And I hear you.

Okay, Dervish.

So loving what you do is a competitive imperative, not simply a nice thing to have.

Love what you do and you will find satisfaction - that is success!

Nice topic, AG
