After they kidnapped the baby from us, I put in a complaint with the Health Services and had to go up higher to get this issues resolved.I got a call from the lady and she has suggested to set up a meeting between them and I. I am still deeply seething inside and this is all over my sensitivity. (I found this insight out when I went to see my heart doc and she got all concerned and aid the baby would be taken away from me if I didn't get help etc..... This shall take place in the week of the 17th. I am not looking forward to it and my dark, dry, sarcastic sense of humor os coming out..... At the moment I am not expecting a win-win situation and I imagine they will still be on their high horse..... Just keep my in your prayers and thanks so much! Cynn IP: Logged |

I am a bit surprised at the information some of these people seem to have about your personal life. You could have friends helping (it's your private life)... Why do they know details? IP: Logged |

You are in my thoughts, and I will light a candle for you and your babe.I can only imagine the sorrow you've been going through. I know how I'd feel if it was any of my babies. since when is less than perfect health an excuse to relieve a mother of her baby? can't you get a lawyer to press for damages to your child and yourself for taking her away in the first place? put them on the defensive instead of the offensive?you have already raised one child for several years, and a child with special needs too from what i remember? surely that is in your favour. Vapor - the heart doc had it in my records that I was in psychiatry back in Nov and then demanded to know why. Some times if a person gets checked out for health matters, the record of it gets sent to doctors that are involved in the person's care.Dragonfly - right now I need to be in prayers because I'm not sure what to expect or what the outcome will be. Right now what is in my mind is what hurt the most....so I guess opening up with how they treated me etc.... lionseye - they thought I had Marfan's Syndrome when I was a teen, but it was a wrong diagnosis...they still keep checking how my heart is doing to be on the safe side. The next step after this if there is no resolution to this will be sending in a formal complaint to the college of physicians and surgeons. Thank you all for your kind words and comments. I'm not sure what to expect with this but we shall see as the month goes by. They seems so puffed up with pride and ego and they think they have done nothing wrong at all. I'm so sorry this is happening to you, it's so unfair.
You know what the most frustrating thing is?
Having to respond to mountains of paperwork.
I'd turn this table around so fast it would make your head spin.
For every grievance they give you, I'd respond with two.
You have rights you know.
These people take advantage and get away with all kinds of iffy stuff because you don't know the law and and how to stop them when they cross the line.Throw it right back at them.
Tell your Dr. you think you're going to die because of the stress and harassment.
Let him document it.
Accuse them of having ulterior motives and play the victim card. and Sweetheart, DOCUMENT EVERYTHING I don't know if this Organization can help you, but they might be able to point you in the right direction.
