My grandma found me on the internet just by putting my name on google and even my username on here came up and I have tried to change my location from sydney Australia to planet love but they didnt all change. My previous threads still have Sydney, Australia and now anyone can track me down and I am very paranoid now. Does anyone know how to fix this?

This sometimes works....
Go post on each thread having the information you do not want and it might change the others, but only on each thread individually.
However, if it is a different old user name nothing can be done.

Unless you have pix of yourself online then I don't see this as a problem. You're still just a needle in a haystack. Even WITH current pix, it would be hard for someone to find you.

Did you try my tip, going thread by thread and posting?
It worked for me before. All posts on each thread changed to my new "from" info.

Yes I tried it and it hasnt worked yet. vI've been getting on from my phone alot so its hard to do it without a PC .

Lexx when i type my name on google it still comes up with the LL post where me and you were talking.. Should i contact google? LOL

Google stores their cache for a while. Lesson learned: Don't post anything anywhere on the Net you don't want people to read. You would not believe how many people contact me wanting to delete their Posts. Choose an anonymous name, and never post an e-mail.

Randall is correct.
And in my experience, it takes some things years to go away.
Google will not do anything to help as far as I know of.
Same for other search engines which have most likely caught the posts.
Sorry.
The tip I gave you was to make all your posts
have this info instead of the unwanted info;

I'd advise changing your user name so your current user name does not remain current to search engines. That can help Google to drop those old links faster, but it could still take awhile.
