10 years ago I started reading Linda Goodman Love Signs, then Star Signs and a few others. I decided to look her up and found this site. It took me almost a year before I first posted Ahhhh.. LindaLand is my home away from home. IP: Logged |

September 2002, looking after my thirteen-year-old dog, Lizzie, on the night shift. I did a search for Venus trine Pluto, and found another board dedicated to Linda Goodman first (from what I remember). I didn't register, but I spent hours reading the boards, taking advantage of the fact that my dog was actually sleeping, and then found my way here.I miss those days (in my own life). I can't believe it's been almost eight years since I registered here. The first thread I posted in, was started by OxyChick, and was about Scorpio Risings. The thread disappeared in a glitch, within a day or so. IP: Logged |

March 2005. Needed a way to stay awake a lot because my beloved had a bad seizure a few days before wherein I had to do CPR and AR on him ....then he needed watched for a few weeks, but especially those first few days. So I finally got on the internet, (to pass time and to try and distract myself from all the stress of worry I was having)....a total noob to the internet.... I Googled "LEXAGRAMS" and found Lexigram Magic here to my complete delight! My delight was short lived however and I almost left LL because of the nasty reactions I got from a few folks about my Lexigramming passion. I knew absolutely nothing about Linda Goodman's interest in them at that time. I'd been doing them long before she found out about them, and my way is different from hers and less restrictive, the main aspect of mine being there could be no added letters not found within the source being Lexigrammed. I mostly enjoy LL (but not the fighting) and still do not feel truly welcome at Lexigram Magic. IP: Logged |

Yeah, we are numero uno on all of the search engines under keyword "Linda Goodman," although we occasionally drop to number two on one of them now and then for a very brief time before we retake our number one spot. We also rank very high on a few other search terms. We earned it the hard way--through blood, sweat, and tears...not to mention a mass exodus or two, hacking attempts, membership database deletion, the site closing for a few days, and other misc. catastrophes--but no matter what happens, when the smoke clears, Lindaland is always standing tall and sparkly amid the rubble surrounding it. ------------------ "Nurture great thoughts, for you will never go higher than you think." I was told about this place by one of the most imfamous people to grace the board: the one formerly know as Tranquil Poet. I was asking about Capricorn/Gemini compatibility at another forum, and she suggested I try this place. Had no idea I'd stay so long.IP: Logged |

I remember Tranquil Poet.. for some reason, I thought you'd been here longer than she had. (I was just thinking about her the other day, after coming across an old thread.)Whenever one these threads is created, I always remember Twin Lady, as one of the first people to welcome me (twice - I missed her in one thread). Juniperb was one of the first people I really interacted with here - she made me feel comfortable, and I loved that she was so involved with animals, flower essences, etc. And 1Scorp. IP: Logged |

Tranquil Poet was banned several times - I can't remember the other names she used. She had a soft spot for animals, and was pretty blunt/outspoken. Didn't get along with several people here.IP: Logged |

LOLOh God.. Tranquil Poet - Those were the days I found LL when I was 17 (my first nickname was aries-chick) - at the end of 2003, but I think I only joined in 2004.. I can't remember the exact date. I googled Linda Goodman's name since I'd read two of her books. I joined because I wanted to ask something about the Aries-Leo relationship. Things didn't seem to work between me and Leo guys lol I remember Pidaua's advice - telling me that fire sign relationships work much better when the people are older and wiser. How right she was! lol Turns out that in 2008 I fell in love with a Leo man, the first and only man I've ever felt this strongly for. IP: Logged |

I was getting interested in Astrology. This site had a spirit which was unique. It had an vibrant ,alive quality. I tell everyone in my RL that I have NEVER been with a more intelligent, witty group of people in my whole life as LL. I am amazed how many people are from other countries and speak incredible English. It is a great privilege to be part of LL. Ami

Yeah, Zala can probably recite all the Tranquil Poet names. I'm pretty sure Atlantic Myst was one of them. Mystic Dreamz. I forget, but is probably the single most banned person at this site. Gemini Sun with Cancer influences.IP: Logged |

I was always surrounded by friends who had Linda Goodman books, so one day I finally bought one, Star Signs. When I was done with it, I was so intrigued by her character that I googled her. The first thing that popped up was this website.I read for a short while unregistered, and then one day belgz was ... ...belgz was having a rift (or was playing a prank on the Astrology forum) with some other character which people at the time were saying was her, and there was some typing of "i" as "y" or something like that... I can't remember. I think there was some Turkish typing involved... Anyway, this made me laugh so much that I had to join. Ha! IP: Logged |
