Use your hands on troubled spots for pain relief.
I haven't sent you Reiki yet. Falling asleep too soon these nights (lol). Was out for the best part of the day too. Time difference means you might be asleep if I do it in the middle of the day. Doesn't matter when. I would like to set up a grid for you for a continuous stream of Reiki when you need it. It would help if you rested more though and drink a lot of lukewarm water.

hi lexx! ive been thinking of u havent been online in a few days ...im going home for christmas! my father got my son and i tickets yesterday havent been home for christmas in 19 years...u mentioned the cleveland clinic if there is anywhere i would trust besides the shriners its the cleveland clinic . hope ur healing and ur heart is happy . were flying in to cleveland on the 23rd .sending love  ------------------

Yes, The Cleveland Clinic is good.
I hope my application for free care and transportation goes through, and that I am able to keep appointments, as often I have to cancel because I cannot usually travel, especially that far most of the time.
Makes going very difficult to too often impossible.
