You can't even get something like Tylenol PM to help you sleep over there?Staying hydrated and hopping up on OJ (vitamin C, yo) is definitely good. Also trying to get rest. I think emailing boys with cute Cappy Suns and Mars in Cancer is also beneficial because it'll keep you in high spirits. The Mars in Cancer will want to make you feel better. Then you probably know what you're doing. I'm sure he won't even care whether you're sick or not, he'll be too busy drooling Heehee like FondueKnight said, keep emailing him! It'll be good for your soul IP: Logged |

WHAaaaaaaaaaaaaaaT?! Fondue, you're a Mars in Cancer and you didn't tell me!? OK, I'm a dufus. Never again to judge anybody by their Mars. WHAT the hell was I thinking! Of course Mars in Cancer people are true nurturers and want to make people feel better! Sorry, Fondue, my Knight, I didn't know. And yeah it's a crappy country here. Nothing is sold in "pm" version, which I can afford. In the US, you can find these everywhere and they're so cheap. Here, because the pharmacies ("drugstores") are a clique all med -including simple stuff like Tylenol/Advil/ etc.- if they exist, they are anything but inexpensive.

About him drooling: I really don't think I'm good company right now, I can't live far from a box of Kleenex and I must have tea like every two minutes, pop in pills every 3hrs, I sound like somebody smashed my nose, my sinuses are heavy and achy and try to pretend I have no headache. A view for sore eyes. IP: Logged |

Yes ma'am! Certified Mars, Sun and Mercury in Cancer. I also have Ceres in Cancer smack dab in the middle of my Sun/Mars conjunction. I'm curious, though, why you seem shocked that my Mars is in Cancer. Also, am I gonna have to covertly ship some PM version cold meds to whatever country you live in? IP: Logged |

@ "certified" I was only shocked at the coincidence but I should have guessed it! <~~~~~~~ Dufus! Plus I have seen your chart and yet I remember nothing about it! I never remember anybody's chart after I have finished studying them! LOL I have Ceres in a tight conj to my ASC in Aqua so nurturing is a bit more "mental" for me and a bit more awkward but it's part of my make-up. I love your Ceres; so tuned in with your Sun-Mars conjunction! Where is your Moon? And WHAaaaaaaaT?! Would you really ship some PM to me? That's true Mars in Cancer in action! Although by the time it arrives, I will have probably moved LOL! IP: Logged |

Moon is in Virgo, sextile Mars by 1'. Moon in 9th, Cancer conglomeration in 7th. And I totally would ship some contraband to you. No idea if it'd make it through customs, though! IP: Logged |

Like his Moon (Virgo). With your Cancer planets in the 7th you are really all for the other people. Goodness. I hope you also look out for yourself as much as you look out for your loved ones. quote:

LOL It's not against the law if it's one container. They only confiscate suspicious looking stuff sent across the borders in quantities. I usually bring in a bottle or two during my travels with no problems. Last I was in the US was summer of '10. Miss it ..... IP: Logged |

I definitely get taken advantage of sometimes, but I don't think I'd be happy if I didn't offer my assistance whenever I see fit. I've encountered too many people who never reciprocate the help I give, so I think it's a matter of discerning who is and isn't important in my life. Also, as much as I'm all for other people, I have a generous dose of being full of myself. I think it's a survival mechanism because if I wasn't my own biggest fan I would completely lose myself in others. quote: Originally posted by anongrl10: LOL It's not against the law if it's one container. Your Moon is far for a trine to my Moon BUT your Venus is near my Moon at 24 Taurus. This explains a lot! I got this "tender" aura from you right from our first few exchanges here. Perhaps this Cappie guy is a clone of you the good God sent me to be closer to me? One can only hope... IP: Logged |

I hope so! Ah, that's a close sextile to your Merc! How nice! And my Venus is where your Saturn is, though 6 degrees apart. Seriously, you are one of a kind and thank you for being so dear. IP: Logged |

Symptom #10000000000: No appetite!! Except perhaps for chocolate! But I'm too picky; under the circumstances, it would have to be hot chocolate with the real (black choc) thing melting in your cup and mouth. Yum... Perhaps if I close my eyes and pretend that this pasta dish is choc..... PS: Fondue, you've got male! (oops, mail!) IP: Logged |

! Not able to get meds easily? Not even otc ones?????????? "shudder" Makes me seriously reconsider my idea of eventually moving out of the U.S.A. despite all its problems. I wonder if I would not be allowed to bring my meds with me, get them refilled, and or if I'd be unable to cheaply and easily (or omg not at all) acquire them in the UK or wherever.

Yeah, Lex, it's a big different world out there. I've moved across the Atlantic many times and let me tell you; it is maddening. For a visit is fine, you get yours with you. But for moving here, I would think about it very carefully, esp. if you need special drugs and/or care. If you wish to move to Europe eventually, I suggest a visit first. Come and see and investigate. The differences are huge; some adjustments are in order. Many drugs that you can find in the US in places like WalMart, here may be branded as prohibited and/or you may need a doc prescription to get them. Like Advil. When I was living in the States, I hadn't noticed the difference until during one of my trips back here I noticed that a local friend of mine who had visited NYC for a quick holiday trip had filled her luggage with Advil!! LOL I found it so weird back then. What's special with Advil, right? Well, lo and behold, I could kill for an Advil just about now! LOL The convenience of finding these stuff in simple places like a supermarket is something inconceivable in some parts of Europe. Again Europe is a continent. I've lived in various parts of it. It's not everywhere the same. Visit where you plan to eventually move to so you can judge for yourself and see if your plan is realistic or not. My hunch is that if you need specialized meds, you will need to have some sort of insurance or be rich to afford to buy them directly. When I had first moved to the UK, I was almost a year on the waiting list of the hospital in my area. For a whole year, I couldn't visit a doctor to renew any meds (I just needed a refill in contraceptive pills). I ended up paying a random doctor in High Street to get what I needed in timely manner. That's how "public" or "state" insurance works in most Europe. Don't get fooled by the B.S. you hear about European insurance; it is not working as it should. People all over the globe are victims in the hands of the drug black market and associated gov regulations (for the insane). This system needs a global reform like education and environmental issues. It's not localized in one part of the planet as some people like to tell you. IP: Logged |

anongrl10 Thank you for the information about the UK. That was what I had surmised based on my research to date and talking to folks who have visited Europe. Sounds like being incredibly wealthy is the ONLY way I could make such a move. Sigh. I guess I will have to hold on and hope things in America improve. I finally got help from the government and in February ANY prescription drugs I get will cost only 2 to 6 dollars or so, even 300 dollar or more ones! And whilst doctor costs suck, I can pay 0 up front to go to ER and then pay later of course, and might be able to get poverty help with that. And yes, still must pay 20% up front to doctors, but at least with rare exception (like specialists) I can get into my regular doctor for 20% of his fee after my deductible, and often the same day I call. Dental and vision coverage is a no go however at this time. I think perhaps I ought to be realistic and accept the brutal fact, unless I become a millionaire, Europe is a no go especially for disabled folks such as me. IP: Logged |

Thank you, starfox! I feel this is very true for me this time around. Hmm, I know it is true for everyone but I feel it especially true for me right now. Like my body is preparing me for something new, something "so much better" like you say. Are you a bit intuitive/psychic? You caught my personal thought on the matter. Thank you, starfox.
