Dear Sunchild, The version of Tony Play [wooden blocks] is the one in which my son beats everybody. BTW, he cracked the coloured block game too [shockwave version], that is very much the same game without wooden colouring but the iPad/iPhone variety has more puzzles [1200 I think in the free version]. And by no means are you having a conventional intelligence quotient below 125, how else can you learn astrology and create Orgonite Structures. So just how is he doing this? His Spatial intelligence quotient could be a ridiculously high 200+. I wish Lexx tries this game if she finds time, for she has a confirmed intelligence quotient of 150+, and will know why I am so excited about my son's ability. The problem is nobody in my circle but me seems to be able to grasp the importance of this kind of talent. I am just getting the "Kids these days are all smart with gadgets" answer from people. They think I am just being an over-excited parent. I think I have to test his abilities in chess, one piece and one rule at a time. If he clicks in chess in a couple of years, then all this spatial intelligence will be worth it IP: Logged |

Ah. Thanks IQ.I get the wooden block version now. Once I've got the hang of it I'll let my kid watch me and let her carry on having a go. IP: Logged |

Well now I feel silly.I originally downloaded a hoax version because it's impossible 200+ moves and no progress... The Tony Play version my average time is 3 or 4 seconds, killed 42 levels in about under 15 minutes... it looks addictive... I now feel ok about giving to my 4 y/o IP: Logged |

I have not played any games for like 12 years. Due to my neurological issues (affecting fine hand movements) and visual troubles that are very bad on some days, not just poor sight, I do not know if I could play. I type one finger hunt and peck because I physically cannot type, especially with two hands at once due to pain, spasms, and nerve damage, and having broken both hands and all my fingers, some more than once. The game does sound very interesting though. And I do understand why you are so excited by your young son's ability! I noticed my son's artistic ability when he was like a year old and made sure to literally buy him 100s of pounds of art paper a year and drawing/painting tools. The print shop sold me their surplus every year and so I could get some 100 pounds or more of various art paper stock and textures for like 25 pounds for $5!!!!!!!!!! One year I bought 300 pounds of paper! My son is now an Art and Science teacher. He has some art in various museums too. So I am happy you recognize your son's talents and above average skills whilst he is young! ------------------
