I am sorry you are struggling. but I am also relieved you don't want to give in to the "landlord neighboors". your house can be rebuilt. it is not a big matter. at some point, you'll have to start asking companies their prices.

I am very busy at work those days, probably for the next 2 months. but sooner or later I will get in touch with you probably through facebook.

peace and love

Talked a few times with ex2b.....
and perhaps eventually we can work with you on some business deal where you and we can profit!

And yes dear Pire,
I know with you the offer was without strings.
Love and blessings to you sweet Pire.

This is good news Surprise hug

Ask Me anything. Anything. I will contrive to bring you the answer. The whole universe will I use to do this. So be on the lookout. This book is far from My only tool. You may ask a question, then put this book down. But watch. Listen. The words to the next song you hear. The information in the next article you read. The story line of the next movie you watch. The chance utterance of the next person you meet. Or the whisper of the next river, the next ocean, the next breeze that caresses your ear—all these devices are Mine; all these avenues are open to Me. I will speak to you if you will listen. I will come to you if you will invite Me. I will show you then that I have always been there. All ways.

Thank you!
Hopefully water will be back on tomorrow!
And joy!
The cost was less than half the cost of what other plumbers quoted!

PS.

Of course not.
Though one is still burrowed under the porch.
We will deal with it in the Spring.

Read my initial post as to what happened with the water.

I was puzzled by the smirk/sarcastic smilie. I did read it and again but since I don`t have city plumbing much less know what a water meter is, I couldn`t wrap my head around it. I thought something was old and broke.

I have a well with a water pump and my (costly)responsibility if it breakes so none of it was in my realm of understanding.

I did google "water meter" tho and see a groundhog can`t burrow and break it

Glad it`s all fixed.

Ahhh......
Silly me.
I forgot about wells because I have had municipal water even in the country since like 1983.
So over 28 years without well water and relying on municipal water lines;
my apologies for misunderstanding.
Oh yes.....
groundhogs can destroy wells and well water and waste lines.
The rats used to come from a farmer's corn crib only several yards from our well and make one hell of a destructive mess.
