Not sure where I should post this,
so posting it here for the moment.Last night was totally freaky cool weird! 
First time perhaps in my life to date......
no nightmares, no being attacked or chased by "things" in my dreams.
No running from "somethings",
no terrors or fears,
no falling, no feeling out of control.
I insist this great wonderful change lasts!
I feel strangely free for the first time in my life to date!
This is the first day of my new existence!

Awesomeness!!!  !!!I hope it stays with you for some time to come. No more highs and lows and just deep inner peace for a long time to come for you!
I've been feeling similarly and things have also shifted for me over the past week. Dropped a bad habit. I havent turned the TV on in about a week. Am going to get rid of cable. Been doing a lot of reading, guided meditation and listening to brain enhancing, entrainment music throughout the day and night. Trying to get back to my center from which I fell. This past year has been rough in many ways. I'm tired of it and making changes now.
