For me, it is doing psychic readings and charts. I lose myself in some magical world where there is order to the Universe. I love it!------------------ Passion, Lust, Desire. Check out my journal http://www.mychristianpsychic.com/

Oh, yes, I love the sauna! I'll spend about an hour there, getting out about 2-3 times to take a quick cold shower before getting back in. There's very little that's anywhere as invigorating and letting me know I'm alive as that. I always do that after my workout, too, so I'm pretty calm and pleasantly tired when I go in so that my mind isn't racing while it's happening, so it can be considered another escape. IP: Logged |

A warm fire, a furbaby on my lap and gardening catalogs to dream away the winter....------------------ Your task is not to seek for love, but merely to seek and find all the barriers within yourself that you have built against it. ~Rumi~ IP: Logged |

Lately it's meditating. Easy go-to is art. I'd say best escape from the world would be nightly dreaming though. IP: Logged |

I've been snuggling with the dogs, and watching the first season of the Gilmore Girls with my mother, this week. We finished it tonight, and I think I need to order in the second season; it gave me a much-appreciated escape, even if it did keep me from getting on the treadmill when I needed to (it's downstairs, away from the TV and DVD player). It used to be art. I've been going to bookstores, but have been getting more antsy, when I can't find something that inspires me. I'm hoping for warmer weather soon, so that I can get back outside more often. IP: Logged |
