I wanted to share a story and video. It's a little old, but I came across it watching TED Talks video.
So apparently this dude wrote a song for a little kid who was scared of the monsters in his/her closet... then a woman wrote the guy and told him that she just moved to a new city and was starting a new job and went on to describe how filled with anxiety she was and wondered if he would write her a song as well.
So he sung the lyrics, Hey. You're ok. You'll be fine. Just breathe.
And asked people to send him audio clips of them singing it as well. He got replies from all over the world with those lyrics and used them as a chorus to make the song to send to the chick.
To me, that's not only incredibly sweet but also incredibly powerful. Literally like the whole world was singing those words to one person. But also like the world is singing those words to anyone who is going through difficult times.
I don't know... it's just... really subtly remarkable.
