We just watched all three episodes - woah.Just, woah. What a great season. re: the prisoners: As soon as I saw a scene with machete-to-the-head-guy, I said, "Well, he's going to have to go..." though I didn't know it was going to be so soon. re: the Gov: Why do you think he just offed the National Guard at the get-go? Not pliable enough? IP: Logged |

Because he felt they would threaten his power. He's quite unstable.------------------ "Never mentally imagine for another that which you would not want to experience for yourself, since the mental image you send out inevitably comes back to you." Rebecca Clark IP: Logged |

It was tragic. Sort of makes the viewer believe that all hope is lost.------------------ "Never mentally imagine for another that which you would not want to experience for yourself, since the mental image you send out inevitably comes back to you." Rebecca Clark IP: Logged |

Yay! They found formula!Me <---Just catching up. Thought: The need for them to continue to acquire formula will necessitate semi-frequent missions out. Also, how long do you think it'll be before Michonne pops back up? I'm also going to lay out a prediction: There will come a time when Daryl will have to choose between his brother and his new family. IP: Logged |

I'm wondering if The Governor has already picked Michonne up somehow. Or if she'll meet the others.I think the Carol's on the phone, calling from another part of the prison. Just a guess, though, given that anyone could be running around. I hope that Carol is still alive; I hate that they killed off the other two, let alone a third. IP: Logged |

On the Talking Dead, the producer said Carole is in one of the graves they dug--the one Daryl put a flower on. ------------------ "Never mentally imagine for another that which you would not want to experience for yourself, since the mental image you send out inevitably comes back to you." But they haven't found Carol's body yet, so she could still be alive maybe. Hope they clarify in tonight's episode.

Yay on the one front (at the end with a certain person). Not so good on the other thing that happened...I thought that Rick was talking to someone from Woodsbury at first. IP: Logged |

Yeah, I love the acting of Reedus. The anger, sadness and pain when he realized what was in the cabinet and having to put it down. ------------------ "You are not entitled to your opinion. You are entitled to your informed opinion. No one is entitled to be ignorant." ― Harlan Ellison ☺ IP: Logged |

Oh, I didn't click with that! I thought he was grieving because he'd found carol's knife, but didn't think about him assuming she would be the zombie in there. IP: Logged |

Yep, he fought with the idea of having to put her down and waited a while. It showed he has love for her. They kept her alive for a reason. She has historically been a very weak character--a victim of abuse by her spouse...although that didn't mean she was weak...she was just trying to protect her daughter--and like Andrea, she is going to have a strong turn in the plotline. Speaking of Andrea, she needs to learn to lay off the psychopaths. She takes the bad boy attraction to a new level.------------------ "Fall down 100 times, get up 101...this is success." --ME IP: Logged |

Michon knows who Rick's group is (after all, she spend eight months with Andrea), but she is keeping quiet about telling them Andrea is in the camp. ------------------ "Fall down 100 times, get up 101...this is success." --ME IP: Logged |

~ I don't wanna give out spoilers =x-- but, wth was the deal with that man in the wooden structure??? It's like he was Rumpelstiltskin, asleep for the entire year+ since the outbreak! The dialogue seemed to suggest he had no clue about the walkers~ --- I never watch talking dead- did ya'll catch that scene or see it discussed later? I don't remember a character like that in the comics either~ found it very bizarre~ ----- :0 ----- and for Christ's sake I wish somebody would teach Andrea how to stop picking all the "winners"~ (My husband has been praying for her to die since the pilot! lol) I'm about to join the anti-Andrea club.... she has absolutely no taste in men~ (I'd always hoped for a Rick/Andrea couple~! so disappointed.)
confession time - I cried (for the second time this season) when they handed "C" the baby~ ~last one, looking forward to some major action/suspense! (Boring Sundays all winter again, bah humbug! Not looking forward to AMC having on Scrooged every night again for the next month, not at all...) ------------------ 07° Vir ASC, 23° Cap SUN V, 23° Tau MOON IX IP: Logged |

I'm not looking forward to the break either. I don't feel at all in the christmas mood, and wish they'd just get on with it - but they probably stopped filming for a while, and need to pick up again.I was wondering what the deal was with that one man, too. He had his place boarded up, so he knew that something was wrong, but I guess he didn't expect to see another living person - they scared him, too. I think that Andrea and Rick are supposed to get together in the comics. I can't believe how gooey-eyed she is over these idiots. IP: Logged |
