While they do crack me up (only because it's a game and they are really playing it that way), I'm rooting for the girls now.

Can't deny that they are brilliantly funny, especially together.

I could not stand to see Janelle acting like such a bimbo because of her crush on Will. Especially knowing he was playing her the whole time.

I'm a few episodes passed this one now and THRILLED to see the two girls come together and overthrow Chill Town!

Was very disappointing to hear what Boogie said about Ericka later on after his homeboy went home. What a douche.

Really hoping one of the girls win it now. GIRL POWER!

I was afraid Janelle wasnt going to believe Ericka. Seems like this was a big step for Janelle to actually trust another female (it was clear she wanted them all out of there and to be the top female - last one standing), as she's used to being the hot chick who females get jealous of.

I don't agree with her being that hot either, especially when she opens her mouth....kind of ruins it, and makes me cringe, but she's definately not ugly. It seems to be her that has been threatened by every other female in there.

Ericka seems to be a genuine good girl and I feel sorry for her when she watches the show later and finds out what Boogie and others have said about her.

Glad the girls joined forces and finally woke up. I wanted to shake and slap the **** out of them. LOL

Go Ericka!

Yeah, the funniness was the thing about Chill Town. I miss seeing people play so boldly while keeping it playful. That was their special thing. I'm still watching that first season they were in, and they haven't quite reached that stage yet. Chill Town has been formed, but they're not having fun with it.

I watched that one you just posted. Erika seems kind of like a Sag to me. She is too nice to win.

How do you think you'd do on the show AG?

I like to think I'd do good, but often people that think that way get voted out quickly. I would have to be so deliberate, and --seeing how easily some people get fooled-- I'd have to constantly be running the angles (while not becoming too paranoid).

I would likely go in there, and be my regular non-threatening self. Try to take stock of everyone's intelligence. Start learning the astrological signs, because I find that helpful generally. Hopefully, I'd hook up with other smart people, or at least another smart person. Feel out the value systems of the people around me. Maybe/Hopefully, teach willing people improv, so there's a fun way to pass the time that might keep me in good standing with enough people. (It's also helpful in establishing who's quick, who's controlling, and who's funny.)

I'd be most concerned about making an ass of myself. I wouldn't say that that's something that happens often, but that situation is unique, and everything's on camera.
Also, I'd be a bit concerned about my emotions becoming a liability. I know I can be pretty cold if I want to, but having a water singleton Mars in Scorpio...I don't know what to expect when things get intense. Most of the time I keep things at an even keel, so I don't have to deal with drama. It would be interesting to see if that would get shaken.

Mars in Scorpio:
On the surface they are calm and collected. Below the surface they may be a seething pool of emotion. They don't let others see this side of them very often.
Mars in Scorpio harbors powerful desires and emotions. They have a very high energy level. They are strong, efficient, self-reliant and self-disciplined. They have a strong sense of purpose. They are slow to anger, but when they do, watch out. They get even in a calm, rather frightening manner. They are proud, strong-willed, and dignified. http://www.alwaysastrology.com/mars-in-scorpio.html

I would be so happy to be married going in to the house. I think I'd have fun as a single person, but it would probably destroy my game. Having that boundary would be helpful, I think. There might be a heightened desire to merge with people in the house since everyone starts as strangers, and are looking to make their environment more comfortable.

So, I talked to an old (Taurus) friend yesterday about BB, and she also indicated some fix was in for Amanda (she'd read it somewhere). How would that work?

Jessie was just kind of sad this week. She clearly wanted to blow up the house, but it doesn't look like she accomplished much. She drew Helen out a little, but that was on top of other things exposing Helen that had the same effect.

I don't see Amanda as a great player whatsoever. In a different house situation, I think she'd be decimated. Easy.

Who does Helen have left? Elissa? And yet she's still somewhat seen as a person of power in the house. They better cozy up to Spencer and GinaMarie quick.

I guess Amanda could go all the way. The 3AM crew is the biggest in the house, and as long as they're able to win HoH evenly (or better) with the other side of the house (without allowing the other side to win two HoH's in a row), they'll outlast the other side. Helen, Elissa, Spencer and GM need to start trying to get HoH if they want to stem the tide.

I can see that with you. I think if you want to win at this game, you have to have some well developed Capricorn placements. You have to be able to detach and be cut-throat when/if need be.

You need to be able to feel your opponents out and get inside their heads. Even then, you might get voted out early on. You can't come on too strong or intelligent at first...or you are doomed.

I bet we'd make a pretty good team, if we made a pact to get to the final two.

tbh, i'm a terrible liar and don't think i could play the game very well without lol'ing or giving too much away at the beginning. If I kept the prize in mind - CONSANTLY - the whole time, it might help, but I'm afraid I'd not be able to do it and would flub up at some point.

I have to catch up on recent episodes of this season. At this point hoping Amanda gets the boot. She's pretty much a homance at this point.

That's the other thing -- i'd not ever get caught up in a showmance, if i were to go on the show. Pretty much changes the game....not in your favor...

I haven't watched this in years. I remember when it first came on the air, and they also had cameras to watch online (for a fee).

But are you a good actor? A lot of Tauruses are. A lot of the ingenious plots on the show just require some imagination and make-believe.

Aaryn...why oh why??!!

She could have blown up the house putting Amanda on the block. She could have easily gotten Elissa, Spencer, and GinaMarie to end Amanda's reign of terror. I'm dumbfounded at the thought that Amanda would be too powerful to fall prey to such a maneuver. Amanda would have only had McCrae and Andy, right? Aayrn wouldn't have voted.

Aaryn would have had to propose to Spencer and GinaMarie their allegiance in return for not putting them up next to Helen. Easy, right? Then, to keep it in place, use Helen's political skills. How could she not do that?

It would have equalized the whole house, OR shifted power to an all-girl alliance (Aaryn, Helen, Elissa, and GM).

Now the full scope of Aaryn's mistake is evident. It was a good idea to backdoor Amanda, and it's too bad Amanda finally won something.

It depends. I cannot cry on cue. I can act if we are being funny and can be quite serioius (pretend serious) if I want to be, but in other areas of acting, I would not do so good.

I can't always be serious or hold a straight face when i try to either. I laugh too easily.

Elyssa had that same trouble this week when she was HoH. She couldn't help laughing at Amanda's crying attempt to save herself. I think I might be in the same boat, and what's worse I might just be honest with people instead of keeping my cards close to my chest.

Amanda is still in the game. The game is changing, though. Aaryn's mistake just cost her the game.

I hear you. I think i'd be the same way. It would be hard not to laugh and be honest.

Just caught up on the episodes. Aaryn's never going to live down all the racist things she said. Can't believe how mean Amanda was being to Alyssa. That was a bad move that will bite her in the butt i think. Now no one likes her except her boyfriend (or fiance, right? lol)

I'm hoping anyone besides the showmance wins this week's HOH. Glad Andy is now going to start playing the game for himself.

Yeah. Bye-bye Amanda! *waves*

& now I don't even want McCrae to win because I know he'll share it with her! lol Man, she had a good game play going on. Knowing that even if she didnt win it, she'd have somewhat of a second chance if she got a solid showmance going on who could win it for her, if she got the boot. She'll still make out because they are 'engaged'....(dear god) I"m not convinced she's really into him....

kinda rooting for goofball GinaMarie at this point. I dont know why. I resect her for putting those two up. Or what's his name.... the hillbilly kid. I could see them carrying each other to the end. It would be nice to see either of them win it.....or Spencer. I'm still a fan of him.

can't believe how well she did in the Bowlarina veto competition though.

actually yes i can. She's coming out swinging now.....too bad everyone hates her at this point. She didnt do herself any favors by letting her turbo ***** side and control freak-side out. earlier on... lol

whoops!

as smart as she was in certain aspects, she really overall was a dumb player. If she could have chilled out a bit, she might have been able to make it farther.

I think i wouldve punched her in the nose by now.

and Alyssa has the patience of a Saint......

I'm not sure I'd have been able to handle Amanda getting up in my face like she did to her.

okay.....maybe i couldve if i kept the prize in mind....but it would have been VERY hard not to pop her in the eye.

Ding Dong, the witch is dead.

I'm very satisfied that the rumors of a set-up are now over.

My is the household looking male all of a sudden. If Aaryn had backdoored Amanda, it would probably be a different set of players now.

lol

TBH, i never believed those rumors, but now that she's gone....hmmm.......what if she had some inside info from the beginning?....., of a future BB that involves couples? Her quick and intense hook-up and engagement with "Omega male" (that's the only way i can describe him) McCrae, just doesnt make sense to me. Maybe she knows they will be back for a second round on a couple's season of BB, in the future....? so is going to go along with it all and knew she had to hook up with the weakest guy in there right away. Did you notice how when he was puking after the ballerina competition, she never went up to comfort him or make sure he was alright? That seemed a little cold and maybe fishy to me....

she was too busy crying because she knew she was f***** and on her way home.

I know that is quite conspiratorial of me to think, but I would not put it past a major network to do something like that for ratings (and would not be surprised if McCrae has no idea what was going on either lol) Her little 'pizza delivery boy' might be in for a rude awakening a few years down the road (if they indeed got married or stayed "engaged").

Let's hope if he wins, that he makes her sign a pre-nup.
(or is that to late at this point? )

poor guy. He has no clue what hit him.

i couldnt find his show photo (the one with the goofy face while giving two thumbs up)

but what is up with this?

I mean him wearing bandanas sloppily tied around his head all the time?

he looks like a Janelle wannabe

(which i notice Aaryn also tried to pull off a lot)

Maybe it's a show of individualism. They can't bring branded apparel into the house as far as I know, so I think they either have to make their own t-shirts or get copyright permission. Everyone does seem to have a bandana, though.
