For some reason people sign up and then don't feel the need to post. Maybe they think they get a newsletter or something, I don't know. Or maybe I should offer one. lol It could be partly due to the URL going to the main page first. Maybe they think they will post and then don't for a while...or at all. We have had many who signed up a year or two or longer ago and only recently posted. That is really weird. Seeing people make their first post now who have signed up years ago does strike me as very odd. IP: Logged |

Our Alexa ranking has gone way up also. The main Alexa site shows us at 80,389 in the world, which is a massive improvement of +36,101 (last time they ranked us was 116,101). Not bragging. Just making an observation. It is what it is. We are ranked 24,247 in the US. We used to be ranked higher in Australia and much higher in India, but now our best ranking is actually in the US. I signed up in 2011 and posted in a few threads, but I didn't start posting regularly until 2013. I've noticed that some people post a lot at first, and then sort of stop for a while and I wonder where they've gone to. I'm sure they'll be back as well, just like I am. IP: Logged |

We used to dominate in India. But now we are at a lower ranking (higher number) there than with our global number (in the 90s)!  That is a big difference all of a sudden. A baby explains it all. Say no more! I'm going to turn off where it shows the membership number. I hesitated putting it up in the first place, because it can be viewed as being boastful, and I'm big on the whole pride goeth before a fall thing. The count will continue to record members.
