Looks like McAfee says that its last virus scan update was this morning at 832am. All this "junk" began after the scan...

ADD, on oct 22, 107am edt

Ran the virus scanner... things slightly improved. Right now there are 5 ads that popped up.... But at least it's not 'frozen' like before.

Thanks for your input. It will be good for me to just rest-out a few days.
