As for stopping, well I still have some way to go. I`d think some more 10-15 kilos, then I will stop. But even then I will be considered overweight.

As of now my BMI is still 32, and even with 15 kilos less it will be still 27, but I think I can be content with anything below 30.

I mean at my heaviest times it was appr. 51, luckily i am far far away from this now.

Thank you, Randall.

Secret?
Oh yes, I share it gladly. Eating less than I did before.

And honestly? For me Weight Watchers was a godsent, especially their online assistant where I have been noting everything I eat every day.
The good thing is that it relieved me of feelings of guilt surrounding eating, which I had ever felt.
That helped a lot, taking out the emotional pressure.

Also the real secret for me is, or something I realized, I lose weight quickly, when I feel light, happy and at ease. So I try to take life more easier nowadays. Of course it doe snot always work.

Also slowly my eating pattern changed, also the kind of food I like (though I still like me chocolate a lot. lol)
But I would never ever eat these horrible meals for the microwave, I was eating the years before. Seriously, how could i even stomach this artificial plastic?

So you see no real secrets hre, just me babbling away

Pardon me for giggling at "doe snot"

Also, many thanks for the emails!!! Gmail is freezing up on me like crazy so I might have to reply from my yahoo account and re-start the conversation there (even though it freezes up, too.)

Yahoo is a pain in the butt at the moment, too. Everytimet it thinks it needs to save the current mail (which is about every 5 minuts), it freezes.

^ My home phone bundled in internet package is acting weirdly. No dial tones, will ring a long long ring with no one there. Other day rm tried to call, and we couldn't hear each other's voices at all. Sounded like a dead line.

Ceri!! WOW! Now I'd say you're having some fun!! Fierce and fabulous. I'm loving it that you share all these changes.

Quite uplifting. You go gurl!

I heard of a secret today. Chocolate (about nine Hershey's kisses a day) will stop the formation of cortisone, which causes belly fat.

It`s been a slow sluggish start into the new year, so not that much of a change. Actually a bit up and own, with a bit of a weightgain at the end of january, beginning of february.
But luckily I already shed that extra weight again, but of course it slowed down the overall weightloss so that I have shed just about 500 gram compared to my last post (in reality it is actually about 1 or 1,5 kilos, as I had managed to gain that much for some weeks).

Well at least it is going into the right direction again.

Thank you, Catalina!
I love receiving that positive feedback.

BTW there is abit of reason to celebrate for me today, as I had a it of success today again.
Lost 1,7 kilos in the last 2 weeks, which is nice after such a struggle, plus it is a bit unusual, as I have been losing weight for over 2 years now, and so the amount I lose every week of course is smaller than at the beginning.

Nevertheless puts me at a total weightloss of 58 kilos, and slowly I have to think about how much more I want to lose and when to start securing the success I`ve had so far.
Maybe 10 kilos more, but then it should be enough (and yes I know officially I still will be overweight then, but I do not care a little bit about the official opinioin on that then, more about how I am going to look and especially how my skin is going to look, and I know how very lucky I am in that regard. Even with a loss of almost 60 kilos, it is not looking as horrible as I had feared in the beginning. Of course I am not looking like a 20 year old, but hey maybe it IS fortunate having Venus in 1st house, even though at the end lol)

Well I reduced my BMI about 20 points, and am now at 31,4 - And I will be satisfied if it will be under 30. That will be enough (if I am really losing 10 kilos more, then it will be at 28, so sounds like a reasonable aim to me).

Ami,

it`s been a bit of an up-and-down, but has been rather well for the last weeks, even though I was on holidays (but with a lot of walking. lol).

BMI is still 31,04, but it is quite understandable that it will move down more slowly now. After all I already lost almost 60 kilos, it can`t be as quick as it used to be.
