Well, just the physical one.This month it will be 2 years ago, that I started losing weight for real, so I thought it would be a good time to share the BEFORE - NOW pictures.
Now I got to work on my facial expressions on pictures. Either I am looking as if I have been smelling something disgusting or I am grimacing wildly. Gotta work on that one. lol
There are actually not many BEFORE pictures, so these are the ones I could find.

thank you, both. Yes, it was very bright. 1st november and over 20 degrees Celsius. lol
It feels like spring. My Dad took two more photos with my back to the Sun.
Well, he said he liked the grimacing one, and when I came down and saw him on the computer, he was looking through children photos of my brother and me, and coincidentally had one of me on the screen (maybe 4 years old), where I was making exact the same face. I suppose some things never change.

Thank you, guys! minus 53,6 kilos today. (I think that is something around 118 lbs - well I have colleagues who weigh less than what I have shed in terms of weight; and sometimes I donīt knjow if I am proud to have been able to get rid of it, or if I should rather be ashamed to ever have let it come that far. But I know that most probably it was necessary for a time, until it was not anymore). IP: Logged |

Look at you shining!!!!  I LOVE your transformation, Ceri! It is very motivational, especially since the scale just showed me how much the exam cost me.. almost +5kg! O.OI was so proud to be at -15.. now it's back to the drawing board. -_- Restarting on Monday.
So this thread is very inspirational to me right now! And I can't wait to get back to working out to Calvin's music!

Nevertheless, I need to have my hair cut. lol Besides I am having a nasty cold, and you can always see the level of health in my hair. It also is dry weather outside, and then it always looks loses its fullness. I get though why my mom remarked yesterday that my face was looking thin.
I hardly can recognize my face when I compare it to pics of 3 years ago. I do start resembling my former "I" (of the late teen, early 20`s ) though. Of course I am more wrinkled and grey now. lol Not even just the shape of my face, but my look at the world in general. Maybe I am looking a little more centred (and hopefully mature. lol) now, but the spark of wonder and curiosity seems to slowly coming back to me.
