Well that would be lovely, I am rarely in personal readings but just checked and it has 4 moderators. The question is have any of those moderators been completely inactive from the site for a long time now bc I am not sure he will want to add another mod to that section with 4 mods there already. However, I would not be surprised if some of them are not active at all on the site. Like in Astrology for Beginners I have not seeing Odette for years anywhere on this site so she is inactive and should be removed.

The impression that I got Rosalind from what you said is that you do have some time to pop in here and there at least although not time to be super active either. If someone does not have time to participate weekly on this forum to some extent then I dont understand why you want to be a mod, I don't get it. It sounded to me like you are busy but would be able to pop in weekly right?

I said what I said not to attack anybody specially not you Rosalind, I dont know you at all! What I said was a general statement and my intention was to help you get a spot as mod in personal readings but if there are 4 mods there already I don't see Randall adding you unless one of them is removed bc they have been there for a year and have not participated at all in any section of this forum and literally have gone missing. I dont think is fair to go missing for a year and still be a mod when there are people who want to be a mod that actually have time for it. I am been fair and what I am saying is very logical.

You're acting like it's your forum or something.

Why doesn't Randall just make his selection and get it over with? These threads go on forever and hardly ever amount to a mod being selected. It's just a peculiar LL custom.

ETA: Electro volunteered and he is as good as they get, but he hasn't been made a mod yet.

I never criticized you, I feel like my point is completely been missed even though I have gone out of my way to clarify myself which is sad.

I said based on what you have said here voluntarily for everyone to see that it seems like you would be able to participate to some extent weekly even though you are busy, I never asked you to explain yourself and all the comments I made were not directed at you but at moderators that have not participated at all in the forum like in a year or more and have gone missing completely, it was never directed at you.

Exactly but personal readings has 4 mods already and based on what I have noticed about Randall over the years if a section has too many mods already he won't want to add more specially if most answers in the section are been answered as you pointed out already which is why I pointed this out and started to problem solve and make other suggestions about an issue I have noticed that would give opportunity for more moderators to be added.

If non mods can suggest changes to the site I don't see why mods cannot suggest changes to the site that would benefit all including you as well. I hope you read my comments again after mercury goes direct, I really hope you try to see that I never attacked you or criticized you and that my comments had nothing to do with you and were about creating positive changes to have more engaged mods in the forum and increase the chances of people like you been mods who have a desire to contribute to this forum.

I wouldn't have cared if you had accused me of acting like I owned the forum when I was there while Lee was asking Randall to change the rules. Pretty obvious that we were asking Randall. And that was out of desperation because you and others like to defend extreme, deliberate error-making. So we had to work extra hard, to get around you. And Ami wasn't hurt in the process and attacked me personally more than vice versa, but you liked to frame it a certain way, so you had an underdog to defend, and a trophy to give yourself. And nobody was thinking of me as a hero, by the way. I don't LIKE arguing, but to defend others from liars, I step in sometimes.

But that's the past.

She does not talk down to people. She puts up her points in the most neutral way possible, given the circumstances - and lets Randall decide on a course of action.

Neither does she "hurt" people, or aim to. She is often the subject of unjust accusations, which she lets slide usually. But when they get too much, she speaks up and speaks the truth.
I get that I was not there on the site when this particular fight was happening, but I've seen enough and been around enough to know how it goes.

Also, I fail to see how the "rules" added have anything to do with selecting a Mod.
